Beachfront vacation rentals in Eastern Finland

Perfect listing! It was better than the photos suggested. Even though it was a Venetian weekend, we were left alone for the entire long weekend. On the pier, we were able to admire the Isokoskelo family and the swan couple with their child. The water was clean and clear, the steam in the lakeside sauna was great!

A fantastic stay in this tranquil Mökki with lots of activities and a perfect family setup. Highly recommended and Tuomas is a superb host!

A perfect small mökki for a summer getaway! With a private access to the lake with sand, great sauna, barbecue spot and a beautiful forest with loads of blueberries and wind strawberries around. It's maybe better for someone with a car, because the closest grocery store is 6km away, and to get drinking water you have to boat 2 km, which was not a problem for us, but the boat and bikes at the property were not in the best state, but still usable. The house has everything you need, but is very small -- I feel like even though there are technically 3 sleeping places, 3 adults will use up all the oxygen at night ) but for 2 adults or 2+1 kid it's perfect. We felt very rested afterwards! There's also a very nice hiking trail nearby.

The cottage was very well equipped, cozy and comfortable. The place was beautiful and peaceful, great outdoor terrain and yet close to services.

A great place for a family with children to spend a holiday in a cottage. Cooking facilities like at home and in the sauna we got good steam. We roasted sausages on an outdoor fire, so we didn't have to go on a separate firewood trip.

It's a beautiful place with its own lake access. The terrace is an absolute dream. The house itself is modern but a bit chaotic - you can tell that the house is used a lot. Unfortunately, the cleanliness does not meet the Airbnb standard - especially the shower area and kitchen appliances must be thoroughly cleaned. We didn't feel like the house had been cleaned at all lately and were a little annoyed that we still had to pay a cleaning fee. We still give 5 stars because we still had a great stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. But I think you should know what you're getting, if you expect a sparkling clean house, you're in the wrong place. Perhaps still relevant for dog owners: the description says the property would be completely fenced - that's not true, there is no fence.

Gorgeous place, isolated spot but still in walking distance of bus to get to city. Cabin has everything you need. Will defo be back!

Mika is a super polite host and the place is more than awesome. We stay five days in paradise and hope to come back sooner.

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

The villa was absolutely wonderful! Everything went really smoothly from start to finish – arrival, instructions and communication went smoothly. The villa's furnishings were top-notch, and the magnificent seascape in particular made an impression. We had an unforgettable weekend with a group of friends and I can highly recommend the place!

Awesome place and great host. We had some problems with the electricity, but Teemu handled it quite fast - during the Christmas days.

A great place for calming and grounding in the midst of nature. Great sauna and nice fire pit. It was easy to do business with Lotta, and the instructions were clear about everything. We had a camping stove with us and I recommend it to others, so you don't necessarily have to use a wood stove for coffee soup or other small heating. None of the insects hurt us, even though we didn't use repellents - the mosquito season is clearly already behind us. We hope you get the chance to come again!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: a cabin in the middle of the woods, in full contact with nature, perfect for admiring the lake area. We were right on a lake practically everything to ourselves, we also took a nice ride on the lake with the rowboat (there was also the engine but we didn't use it) and the sauna all to ourselves! Awesome!!! In the evening, eating outdoors in silence was wonderful. When we returned to the house we turned on the fireplace, beautiful. The children especially appreciated the darts and the pier on the lake. The house had all the comforts, even if the bathroom was external and organic: a hole with a bucket underneath, where you had to throw fertilizer between times, but it was all reported and it was also fun! The only problem was the cleanliness, because the house was not very clean, but so in the middle of the woods we could safely bear: we cleaned a little and adapted. In general, I highly recommend it!!

Comfortable and affordable accommodation with a wood sauna 👍

This cabin was luxurious with a lot of attention to details, a gorgeous sauna, and a beautiful clear lake. It is so amazingly quite. Sari and his husband were extremely friendly and the chats and delicious cake made us feel at home.

Cozy tidy house in a nice location, perfect for our group's weekend stay. The host responded to messages very quickly, and we thought the price/quality ratio was excellent.

Finnish cottage idyll at its best. The cottage is in an incredibly beautiful location and decorated down to the smallest detail to fit the spirit and season of the cottage. Considering the size of the cottage, kitchen and other supplies are really well located. The terrace surrounding the cottage provides a comfortable extra space. The place is very peaceful. The owner couple lives in the house above, but the beach cottage is completely private and Tuulevi and Henrik are really friendly and helpful. Warm recommendation!

Nice little cottage in a quiet place👌

The cottage was in a great location in privacy! I would have loved to have stayed here longer. The sauna provided good steam and there was just the right amount of space in the cottage. The dog was also comfortable with freedom and a shallow beach where you could wade. Highly recommended!

Elsi is very nice and helpfull host.The Pikku Mökki is lovely right on the waters edge,can watch the lake also from the window.Sauna has gentle heat,best sauna I have been to.

We've been to the property before. The cottage is really nice and tidy. There is plenty of space for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and there is enough space to cook. The beds are good. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. There are very fish in the lake. A tub, a wood-fired sauna and a lean-to crown everything. We'll definitely be back.

The house has everything you need and more. It was clean and very lovingly furnished. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts is particularly noteworthy!
