Vacation rentals with beach access in East Wittering Beach

Claire’s place was a perfect base for our stay in Southsea. We were visiting family and friends and didn’t run out of places to meet up. The flat had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and dog friendly The stairs to the apartment kept us active and the nearby common worked for the dog! Claire kindly left milk, bread, tissues and other bits which was helpful for the first night. Overall Claire and Andy were helpful without being intrusive, the apartment was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would love to stay again should the opportunity arise.

This is a lovely apartment. It’s spacious, had everything I needed and is in the perfect location to explore Portsmouth.

Nice, modern flat in a great location with a fantastic view. Parking complicated but the host sent clear instructions and was very helpful. Would recommend.

We had a great stay in this home from home. Plenty of space for the 4 of us, great location for the seafront, station and fun wharf quays. Lovely decor throughout and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Alf, was amazing always on hand to answerquestionsbefore& after booking, very responsive to messages. The apartment was perfect, clean, felt like home & had everything we needed. Alf kindly left a fabulous welcome pack of food & drinks. We travelled to see family and the accommodation was just what we needed. Would highly recommend Coombe Cottage. Creydi's top floor flat is terrific. It is historic, interesting, clean and a fun place to stay. The location is good for walking around the major sites, and for catching the hovercraft to Ise of Wight. It is a quirky and friendly flat with a large bedroom, great living/dining area, good TV and washing machine - all the things we need and like on our long trip away from home.

Kevin was an excellent host. Communication on check-in and check-out was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. A wonderful location and a very comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Isle of Wight.

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

Thank you for another lovely stay. Returning yearly visit - the children love everything about the selsey half term! House is perfectly located and full of character.

Nice house with well equipped kitchen and lovely private back garden. Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the village where there are plenty of shops and places to eat.

We had a lovely very last minute stay at Stephs, absolutely beautiful home, was spotless. I felt right at home 🏡 comfortable beds beautiful garden large kitchen everything we could need for ourselves and our 7 month old son, perfect location very impressed great value for what we got would definitely recommend and return 🙂 Thankyou Steph 🙂

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Finn’s place had everything I needed for my stay, including an amazing view to watch the changing tides and people with their dogs enjoying the beach and the sea. Unfortunately it was still too cold for me to consider swimming. I would love to stay at Finn’s again next time I come to Bognor Regis.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Great location with the bonus of parking on site. Easy to find & quiet surroundings. A great base for exploring Bognor, easy walking distance to prom & the town.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

This is a lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was much bigger than we expected. Loved having the garden with plenty of seating. Everything was clean and tidy. Plus the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thanks Jane.
