We had a lovely 2 night stay in The Summerhouse on Dale Farm a converted cowshed . Its in a beautiful rural setting and part of a working farm The accommodation is open plan and all on one level although there are a couple of steps. The furnishings and decor are quirky and very appropriate. The kitchen was simple and we didn't miss not having a dishwasher. Ideal for a couple

This cottage is one of the best Airbnb homes that I have stayed in. It is situated within 10 minutes of the coast. Stephen and Linda are great hosts, they are there if you need them for any reason. The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable and has every thing that you may need.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect for attending the wedding venue, making everything incredibly convenient. The host was so welcoming and met us upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The property itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful welcome hamper filled with treats was a bonus and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone needing accommodation for an event at the nearby venue or anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay.

Very nice place to stop, lovely cottage, spacious, nice kitchen with everything you could need, lovely complimentary brownies provided, and the host Kayley was extremely reasonable with us, I would recommend stopping here, we had a friends wedding at Everingham Park, and it was a perfect for us, outdoor area with BBQ is also lovely

Semi-rural. No pub or shops near the village where the accommodation is - but within 10 minutes drive of Selby and York Outlet . Long country road to the house but adds to the journey - lovely drive through some woods and fields. Quiet. Judy is very helpful, funny and a warm friendly person. If you need advice on local area she is very approachable.

We loved our stay here in Wressle - it was the perfect peaceful location to stay whilst we visited family over the Christmas period. We found the place immaculate and our host was helpful throughout; our son was particularly pleased with the toys provided on our arrival! We will be recommending this to our friends and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. Beautiful property in a lovely, quiet location with stunning views. The house is very spacious, well equipped & ideal for our party of 10. We enjoyed a walk in the grounds of Castle Howard (just a short drive away), exploring the local villages & rounded our trip off with Sunday lunch at the pub in Welburn; recommended by our hosts Ben & Victoria. We would highly recommend this property & would definitely return.

The Old Parlour has been beautifully converted with lovely kitchen and bedrooms. The outdoor space is secure and peaceful. Wood fired hot tub was great touch.

Absolutely beautiful converted barn in a peaceful location with stunning views & walks on the doorstep. Barn was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated with everything you could need. Really appreciated the personal touches. We were welcomed with freshly baked bread and homemade cake. Lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We loved Castle Howard and the stunning countryside. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to come back

Lovely conversion in a quiet off road courtyard. Very peaceful. Well laid out with lovely decor and excellent artwork throughout. Very, very comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Perfect for exploring the area east of York, or York itself. Very friendly, helpful neighbours. We would be happy to return.

Cuthbert’s Cottage was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The interior / decor was beautiful. Jane was a fantastic host who was extremely helpful. She even came to my safety-pin rescue when I forgot the one I needed for my wedding guest outfit. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wow! The Hayloft was stunning! Bright modern decor & luxury furnishings. Spotlessly clean throughout. We loved the mood lighting & the gin bar 🍸🍹 Wendy & David were friendly & helpful being on site if we needed anything. Grange Farm cottages are located in beautiful peaceful courtyard with lovely flowers & plenty of seating. It’s a great location to explore the Yorkshire coast! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you we had a lovely holiday!

The Granary is lovely. We had a wonderful few days there. It was comfortable and clean. The host left a nice welcome package for us and the house was extremely well maintained. Several TVs throughout (so different family members could watch different things if they so desired) and a nice kitchen (though we didn't cook, as we ate in local pubs and restaurants). It was a great base from which to explore this part of the country and an easy drive to York in one direction and the coast in the other. The hosts were incredibly communicative and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend and if we were to be back in this part of Yorkshire we would look to stay here again. Very relaxing place to spend some time.

We found the cottage relaxing and well arranged. There are lovely views from the lounge which give a nice feel to the place. The kitchen is well kitted and arranged. The bathroom has a good shower. The location is peaceful, private and easy to find. It is quiet and an easy place to relax. The location was perfect for us, visiting York as well as relatives in the area. If visiting the area again, we would definitely stay here.

We have had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house (family of 7 with a 1 year old). Liz was an excellent host, so responsive and friendly. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. Beautiful rooms & bathrooms and a lovely garden with a hot tub, which was perfect for star gazing. Beverley is only a 10 minute drive away with lots of shops, pubs & restaurants. We spent three weeks at the farm with our dog Cozette, hosting my brother and his two adult children for the Christmas week. The barn conversion was the perfect place for a family gathering and Francis was kind enough to supply a Christmas tree and other decorations as well as a tasty welcome basket. Fresh eggs, additional firewood and other farm supplies were available right from the farm. We enjoyed several trips into York as well as numerous hiking excursions, either up to an hour's drive or right out of the door. The beds were comfy and the wood burner a delight during the long Yorkshire evenings. Our only caution was that we had spotty internet access. It was adequate for checking emails and such, but caused some frustration when my husband was trying to video call with work. But over all, we had a wonderful stay and were sad to say goodbye.

Gorgeous cottage in a lovely location, perfect for walks. Great local pub, and easy driving distance from plenty of attractions and areas of interest. The cottage was immaculately clean, easy to find, and set in a lovely spot next to the village church. Would highly recommend - we hope to return soon!

Really lovely cottage with a huge back garden for children and dogs to play in. Perfect location for visiting York city centre. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

Lovely cottage, feels spacious as it is light and airy with high ceilings. Michael was very helpful when we reached out for recommendations about local services and amenities. Very helpful and responsive host, would absolutely recommend the cottage for a peaceful trip away from crowds and the hustle and bustle of York but also being within easy reach.

Pear Tree Cottage was perfect for our long weekend away with two small children and grandparents. The enclosed front garden was ideal for our three year-old and the location was quiet but close to shops and the city centre. Everything in the house was good quality and well finished and the welcome basket was great. The (very) friendly cat also did a great job of hosting!
