Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Memphis

Very nice place, convenient transportation and very clean

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

Stephanie was an amazing hostess. She was very helpful and friendly in her communication and was flexible with our check in time. The house was perfect for us and was a convenient location for our needs in town. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and she even had a snack basket on the counter with goodies and sparkling water. We will definitely be back on our next visit in town.

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

We had a great experience and would stay again if we ever return to Memphis. Thanks Evan and Annie!

This House was awesome!!! I spent my birthday weekend here with my girlfriends for a girls trip. Super clean and centrally located!! The host Bunnie was very responsive when I had questions about the check in process. Great Stay!!!

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend for my 21st birthday and we had a blast, it’s the perfect location!! the place itself is very nice and just like the pictures, everything you need is less than a 10 minute walk from the loft. the parking across the street was only like $30 for friday-sunday. the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking and eating, living room was nice w a book of recommendations!

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a lovely home and I had no issues. I do want to warn others with quite a bit of luggage that it’s a little tricky up the stairs but definitely recommend. Thank you!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Great host. Communicated well with me even when my AC went out late that night. He sent someone to fix the issue within the hour. They have done a great job renovating the place and it looks amazing. Would stay there again because of the host. Great place and tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Easy to get to places by car and a lot of things to do.

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Clear instructions, described well. Only the laundry was different than the pics. Perfect for one person who needs a simple space to relax and stay. Will be back

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and of high quality. Off-street parking in a gated lot was perfect because of the convenient location. We walked to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know who visits Memphis.

This place was perfect for pet owners! The dog walking area was just outside the garage. Also very secure. We kept the car in the garage and Lyfted all over town. $6 to Beale Street! The sleek design and decor was on point for Memphis. We had a tiny issue with the shower and Jason was fantastic in responding. Thanks for a great time!
