Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in East Melbourne

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place, really nice area and a short walk to the MCG for the footy

I found the photos did not do the place justice. The Mantra hotel was clean, perfect location for Asian cuisine, free trams, shopping, and many hidden bars and cafés. The place had that classic hotel apartment vibe of a busy city; more spacious than anticipated and a real home away from home. Communication for check in was exceptional, and their attentiveness to our needs lovely. Would highly recommend, and will be using again!

This is our second stay at this Airbnb. It’s prefect for our trips to Melbourne. The location is great so easy to get around trans to the city. Great restaurants in Richmond. Definitely will book again.

This place is a gem! There are tons of things in easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, shops, bars, etc) and the view is fantastic. Really enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor deck as well. I was also extremely grateful for the flexibility of a later check out time due to a slight flight delay. Would love to stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Michael’s place! The house was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. Michael was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Fitzroy, close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Jane’s place was excellent!! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and we have been coming to Melbourne for years but this was our first time staying in Richmond. The location is brilliant, close to tram and train and Swan St is fantastic for an array of delicious cafes and restaurants. The terrace was beautifully appointed and a fabulous place to use as a base, but also to relax and unwind. We highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Great spot, pretty quiet. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Bed was comfy. Would be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Perfect ! A gals weekend away allowed us to spread out relax and chit chat in a homely comfortable environment….everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Walking distance of things we wanted to do or an easy 2 minute walk to the tram station. Pool was fantastic and view was lovely. Host included a booklet with things to do around melbourne, overview of the building and suggestions of the local area.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

This apartment is in a convenient and safe-feeling location. It was mostly quiet, though on weekends I could hear some nightlife, but nothing too close or loud. The host was very responsive; a few minor issues were handled efficiently and with clear communication. The lovely bath felt like a real indulgence. I’d happily stay again!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
