We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were a party of 5 women and we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, the unit was spotless and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessities, the towels and linens provided were very nice quality, and Amanda was a wonderful host and very responsive. We were able to check-in early which is always an added bonus. The only thing we would recommend being disclosed is that the train is right behind the location and came through pretty early in the morning and was quite loud. Also worth mentioning in the description would be the amount of stairs to get up to the living area of the home. This was not an issue for us, but could be difficult if you had large suitcases and heavy items to carry up. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Located conveniently close to the North Ferry. It’s above the local bookshop and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the town. Beds were comfortable, showers got nice and hot with good water pressure and couches were comfortable as well. There is also a great coffee shop right across the street. We loved our stay here and we are looking forward to booking again in the future. Highly recommend.

Kelly and Rick’s place is absolutely beautiful and a perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic experience in Montauk. We’ve lived on LI our whole lives but never got to explore the east end until now, and Kelly’s place is the PERFECT location! It’s near town with great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, near hiking trails where we got to see seals and beautiful views of the ocean, near the lighthouse, near great fishing spots, etc., not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Montauk right on their property. We used their fire pit and had a fire the last night of our stay as well! We had a BLAST and had such a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for your stay, and Kelly was super attentive and responsive when it came to answering our questions and inquiries. Thank you again for giving us such a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back🌊❤️☀️

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

The place was spotless and exactly as described. Clean water, plenty of privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere made the stay very relaxing. It was easy to get to the beach by Uber, and Elyse even provided a beach umbrella, chairs, and towels which was a nice touch. Everything was well maintained and easy to navigate. I’ll definitely come back again!

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

Lori's place lived up to all of my expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. While it is right in the center of the little village, it still maintained a great sense of peace and privacy. I highly recommend this place as a lovely respite in the charming town of Chester.

Cannot say enough great things about this house. I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs and other home rentals over the years and this was one of my absolute favorites. The house is beautifully updated and was extremely clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and have everything you need. Beds were so comfortable and the room darkening shades are a rare find in a vacation rental. Close to Greenport town and lots of wineries. Backyard was beautifully landscaped and was amazing for our dogs to run around. We will definitely stay here again!

our group found this place when planning a trip to Montauk, and while we did make it to Montauk as well, Greenport was also a pleasant surprise. Great community and quaint town! The place was amazing too! clean rooms, very cozy. And a complimentary wine bottle! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Xiao's beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. We especially loved the tranquility of the neighborhood and the incredible spaciousness of the house. The private beach was a true gem – just a short, easy drive away. Highly recommend!

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

We had a lovely stay at Roger and Amy’s place. The location was great - close to Southampton, a short drive from Sag Harbor etc. The home is charming and comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool and spent hours in it every day. Roger and Amy were also super responsive, with advice and help when we needed it including with a very sweet gift for our 3 year old whose birthday we were celebrating. All in - a phenomenal time!

Great place. Easy walk to downtown Greenport. Jackie is a very responsive host and gave great recommendations for wineries and restaurants

This was our third summer staying at Theresa's place. It's a great home for families -- my young children love the backyard and basement which are well stocked with toys for all ages, and we all enjoyed meals on the large back deck. It's a clean, comfortable, and very well appointed home and Theresa is a wonderful host. Thanks for the great stay!

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

Harper House was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect spot in mystic to walk to pretty much everything! We walked to dinner and lunch everyday as well as the shops. Food is great in this area and the hosts left us some great recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in mystic!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
