The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. Fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle. There is also a fan to keep you cool should you need it.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. 3 Bedroom Barn Conversion Nr Stansted +hot tub

Escape to the beautiful English countryside with a group of friends or family to this stunning barn conversion on the edge of Bishops Stortford. With it's exposed oak beams, log fireplace and hot tub, this is a special place to relax in comfort and unwind. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

"Well House" is a separate guest room & own access

The Mile End Farm "Well House" has its own access, consists of ample space, a double bedroom and more (see photos). This also includes an en-suite shower room and WC . The Bedroom has a good size TV. A light breakfast hamper is provided with coffee, tea , milk & sugar, at no extra cost and a food prep area with microwave and fridge. There is also ample secure off road parking provided at no extra cost. Perfect for contractors or weekend stays.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks

Rural Detached Double Room/Bath, North Essex

close to Stansted Airport (20 minutes). beautiful rural location, part of our 14th century farmhouse, the old bakehouse is a cosy bedroom and ensuite with private entrance. We are is a hotel, but this is an extension of our family home If you wish to leave you car, if you are flying from Stansted, we can offer long-term parking for £10/day (vs £25/day at Stansted Airport). Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Beautiful views are found from our Annex in Much Hadham. 10 miles to Stansted Airport and fast trains to London and Cambridge from Bishop's Stortford. Open plan with comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. Smart shower room and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, single hob, sandwich toaster and slow cooker. Clothes hanging rail is downstairs where we ask that you leave your outdoor shoes please.
