Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. Rustic and Modern Downtown Getaway

Just 1 mile from downtown. Close to the best of Columbus nightlife/downtown bars restaurants and shops. Close to the short north and 5 miles from CMH airport. This 3k sq foot home has been fully remodeled and updated with a rustic/modern feel. With 10' ceilings and 3 finished floors there is plenty of room to breathe. We had a lovely stay—it’s a nice quiet neighborhood and the house and outdoor space were perfect. Our kids had a blast with the toys and we were able to use a crib they have available. The location was so close to restaurants, a grocery store, parks, and most importantly a Graeter’s with an indoor play space.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding. It was perfect for our needs. We had 9 staying, and had plenty of space. Everyone was very happy! It was especially good for my mother-in-law who needed some accessibility with our accommodation, and was able to easily get around in this space. We also loved the hot tub and quiet backyard. It was close to downtown (10 minutes), but felt like we were in the country! We will definitely return here again if we travel with a large group to Columbus.

The home was surprisingly spacious and absolutely gorgeous. It was very easy to find, with an amazing location in German Village. It had lots of modern amenities and very cool decor, while also being very comfortable. Also, the private parking spot was a huge perk, though street parking was available during our stay. We loved our stay.

Stayed several months due to work. Place was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Onsite parking with 2 spots was nice to have. It is a duplex so there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit. Nice fluffy towels, water always hot, easy to control temperature in the house as well. Well maintained yard and nice sitting area on front porch. Downtown Lancaster is a quick 10 min walk with plenty of restaurants. There is a pizza place 2 minutes away as well and old school corner drugstore across the street. 45 minute ride to OU and roughly 35 minutes to downtown Columbus. It a very nice location. My host was warm and welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would stay here again.

I was in Columbus working at the Ohio Theatre for a week and Jessica's place could not have been more perfect! She provided crystal clear instructions for finding and getting into the place and I had no issues. The free parking spot in the nearby garage was a huge plus. The space itself is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well-supplied. Being right off the Commons was lovely and provided a nice view from the windows. Highly recommended!
