Two story, newly renovated, four season cabin with 1000 square feet of living space sits in a wooded cove off an easily-accessible rural paved road. Centrally located between the two units of Acadia National Park (Mount Desert Island and Schoodic Peninsula) and the beautiful, quiet lakes and mountains of the Donnell Pond Maine State Preserve. Although not on the water, there is access to our private Taunton Bay shore, 3.5 miles away.

We invite you to stay and enjoy sounds of native birds and watch the eagles soar overhead, the deer frolic through the trees, and wild turkeys that inhabit this wooded area. The cabin is constructed of lumber milled from our property. Our cozy cabin sleeps 4 adults comfortably but can sleep up to 5 total with a futon option.
