Vacation rentals with breakfast in Earnscleugh

Andre and Daniela were great hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. We stayed for 6 days and could have stayed more. The house is modern and you will be made to feel at home straight away. A good selection of breakfast was provided each day. Would recommend to others if you are looking for a comfortable stay a short drive from town with friendly hosts that can give you suggestions day to day.

Gorgeous cottage in a great location. We had such a happy stay in this house and would love to come back and explore more of this beautiful region while relaxing and enjoying this terrific house. It had everything we needed, and provided a relaxing spot to enjoy some peace and sunshine after a busy day of seeing the sights. Perfect, cosy retreat in wonderful Arrowtown.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. There was ample room for the four of us (two couples). The treats on arrival teamed with the modern decor and soft furnishings made us feel all very comfortable and homely. There is so much to do in the area, you’re spoilt for choice. The best part for me was how comfortable the bed was especially after a long bike ride. Many thanks for a great stay.

Amazing clean setting with awesome super comfortable beds. As described and the hot tub was on point after a week of hiking the mountains. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the house as well. Great shower with tons of hot water and pressure. Would highly recommend staying here. We will on our next trip to NZ for sure.

Lovely stay, walkable distance to the centre of Arrowtown. Beautiful walking and cycling trail by the river. House is very secure and private. Has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and good Wifi. Arrowtown swimming pool a great facility only 2 mins down the road (summer only). 20 minutes from Queenstown, 10 minutes from Lake Hayes where there is a nice 8km loop to walk or cycle. Campsite with playground next door. Supermarket 300m away that stocks all the essentials. Lovely place to have as your home away from home.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The views are absolutely amazing. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Everything was to high standard and attention to detail was great. The studio is very private. Karen and John went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very helpful.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Arrowtown. It was well located, clean and had all the amenities we required for our 4 night stay. Treena was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Corals well equipped Studio just out of the busy part of Cromwell. The studio was clean, quite big with our own terace and very well equipped. Also had a good chat with Coral :)

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts are so generous and the Cottage is so nicely situated and appointed that we felt privileged to stay here. Provided breakfast items, snacks, fruits, and beverages were much appreciated, too. So close to many wonderful wineries, and the nearby Bannockburn Hotel is not to be missed for dinner. Chris and Jules (and friendly Lenny underfoot) made us feel so welcome in this peaceful and restful setting, with excellent views in all directions. Highly recommended!

If you're lucky enough to find availability with Beryle, book it immediately. She’s not just a host — she’s one of the kindest, most extraordinary people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. The bed was amazing and the bathroom great! We arrived as guests, left as family. I wish I could say more, but I only have 999 characters!

Our stay here was super comfortable, and Karen was a super responsive and helpful host! The location is very central, so it is super easy to get places and do activities around Queenstown. We left an item there, and Karen was quickly able to send it where we needed it to go. This was definitely the coziest, most comfortable AirBnb I’ve stayed in in a long time! :)

Jane was very attentive and had the fire lit for our guys every day of the stay before they came back for the evening. This was a special touch after a day of installing floors down the road! Great place to spend the night in Kingston. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for somewhere exactly half way between Queenstown and Te Anau.

Waiorau Homestead was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our hostess Ann was extremely attentive and made sure we had every thing on hand to ensure a relaxing and peaceful stay. The most comfortable bed and luxurious down comforters and pillows were 5 star quality. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and felt like we were in a Parisian Hotel. A lovely buffet breakfast greeted us each morning which comprised of seasonal fruits, cereals , eggs on toast and croissants followed by freshly brewed coffee. Thank you so much for having us & making our stay perfect.

Kate, Andrew and family were amazing hosts. The room was beautiful and included touches that made us really feel at home. Stand outs were the wonderfully home made breakfasts that Kate made to dietary restrictions, the brilliant recommendations in their online guidebook, and the fantastic scenery. All in all it was an amazing stay with proactive hosts and we would love to stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Hands-down this was the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had - and I’ve travelled extensively. AirBnB should do a case study on Fred and Samantha, and the service offering they provide to share a template for what best practise looks like. Great hosts, lovely room, amazing cooked breakfast each morning - prepared with local produce and a scenic location. Could not have asked for more. A fabulous stay!!

Had a great stay. Lyn was helpful and friendly. The room was modern and well furnished with a lot of small touches which made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this place totally. In my opinion it deserves seven stars.

Susan and Mike's private spot just out of Clyde was perfect for our short stay. Their guest area is private, homely, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the yummy breakfast, and the friendly chat we had over our morning coffee. Fantastic hosts and a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very kind grandparents, smooth communication，beautiful house, clean and warm rooms, convenient shopping, about 10 minutes drive to Woolworths. There is a large playground behind the house, and there are also many children's books and toys at home, which are very suitable for living with children. It was a very happy living experience, and if there is a chance, I will come back and recommend it to others!
