Check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can directly access the lake via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

My wife and I booked this accommodation because we had a Motorrij Experience at TT-Assen. We were pleasantly surprised with this cool house, highly recommended in the summer at tropical temperatures in NL. The space is artistically decorated and also soothing. The living room has a spacious sitting area, a nice kitchen block, a sofa set. The bathroom is spacious with glass wall, partition between shower and toilet. The bedroom is nice and spacious and has a good bed. We woke up rested to go to the motorcycle experience. When we came back in the afternoon, we sat in the garden for another hour. Jan-Warner's apartment in one word: great! A bright, light-flooded, tasteful, modern, furnished apartment. Of course, everything was clean and functional. For example, we have never found such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation apartment. The whole apartment is furnished with a sense of detail. But the location surpasses everything! Right on the Sneeker Meer, on the corner of Princess Margret Canal and Starter Eiland. And in the apartment or on the terrace, an unobstructed view of the colorful hustle and bustle of the sailing and motor boats, as well as the commercial shipping. Even in bad weather, it was never boring with this view. Beautiful tours through the Frisian villages and lakes are possible by bike in the immediate vicinity. Sneek itself is just 15-20 minutes by bike.

Warm welcome to an idyllic place in Workum. I was with my daughter of almost 7. Baukje had even bought nice things for her! Close to everything like the sea, shops and restaurants. We had bicycles with us but it was also fine to do on foot. Boating is also fun, if you can do it a little. Diederick and son saved us 😅 We had a very successful weekend and certainly worth repeating. Thank you!

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous vacation rentals, but simply a home.

Very nice base to explore Sneek and the surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terrace and you are in the center in no time. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Gea is a nice, friendly host. In short: recommended!

A beautiful, modern finished secluded cottage on the waterfront. Super beautiful in nature, you can see deer and hares walking. On the other side, water. Nice for cycling, going to the city. Kitchen has everything, nice shower. Clean rooms with nice beds.

A beautiful cottage on the Dokkumer Ee. The opportunity to ride a canoe and SUPs is great - right in front of the living room. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Hagar is even more perfect! A super nice hostess, always explaining things, very helpful.

Cozy and well-equipped apartment located in the middle of the national park. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very spacious. There is everything you need. Everything is very clean. A good starting point for bike rides in the area.

What a view. We spent a wonderful week in this lovely home that looks exactly like in the pictures. What is more, Jil and Johan are amazing hosts who are not only super responsive but go above and beyond to solve any issue.

Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. As a result, there is also constantly fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. On the dike, there is also a beach for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The dog has also been thought of. We'd love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was polite, very responsive, and maintained great communication throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Lily’s place. Tastefully decorated in blue and white, new bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good welcome and instruction leaflet in several languages, great balcony and view of the IJsselmeer and your own parking spot in the back. If you don’t have children I wouldn’t stay in this area during the school holidays as it will be busy and noisy. Now it was perfect, quiet and peaceful and would definetely recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

Beautiful location and really nice, we were allowed to use two bicycles and a canoe, which was great. We were in Groningen in about 45 minutes by bike.
