The apartment contains, entrance hall, bathroom with shower, tea kitchen with dining area (there is a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle - no cooking possibility), living room and bedroom in the same room. In total, the apartment is about 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility to charge an electric car at OK barn stands 350 meters from the apartment.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the seafront and the Gendarm Trail. The apartment is on 1. Sal in a master mason villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation, where there is room for up to 4 people. As a starting point, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help with this. We will charge a small fee for that.

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located place Home with room for 5 + 1 baby/crib. Private entrance 5 single beds with the possibility to move them together to a double bed 1 Crib Bathtub Wifi Bedding Towels 400 meters to the Broager bus station. 200 meters to the nearest shopping, including Super Brugsen and 365discount. Close to the gendarme trail, Brunsnæs and Vemmingbund where you can swim. I live on the land register on the ground floor, but have my own entrance.

Good accommodation with a location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.

Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.
