Monthly Rentals in Duval County

Mario & Joanna offer a very nice, newer 3-BR house that is professionally cleaned weekly. The kitchen has all the basics and even extra food from former renters. There is an air fryer, toaster, and blender as well. The French Door refrigerator has a water/ice machine in front. The house also has a modern Samsung washer/dryer and a basic gas grill to have a nice BBQ! My housemates were most respectful. The location is not the greatest, but I took long walks around there and never had a problem. The house is nearly at the end of a dead-end street. They also own 3 other houses adjacent and across the street so colleagues can stay nearby. Parking is easy and plentiful. The times I interacted with Mario, he was most friendly and helpful. A big plus for you is if you are a native Polish speaker -- as they are originally from Poland. Thanks again, Mario & Joanna for a very pleasant stay.

Very home feeling, cool environment

Great place to stay. Great couple to rent from. They had a cute dog too. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Staying with Ashleigh was a great end to my trip, and I would absolutely stay again! The house was beautifully clean cared for, and Ashleigh herself was a great host.
