BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

This cozy, country attached "mother-in-law" suite with garden views is an 800 square foot suite with two bedrooms (11 x 15’ and 8 x 10’), one full bathroom, a living room with flat screen cable TV and a fully stocked kitchen, ready to be utilized. There is a separate entrance to the facility and parking for multiple cars (one spot under the deck). Outside, there is a large deck with a table and grill for outdoor seating and grilling.

Fields For Days
Worry free relaxation in my historic 225 year old farmhouse. You will have space to roam on trails across 40 acres of fields and 50 acres of picturesque 100 year old forest. A short 12 minute walk over private trail to frontage on the Androscoggin River. The shore front is forested tree lined with access to lounging rocks. Please don’t expect a new house. That being said it was restored in 2012 and I think you will love it.
