Karon is the best host i’ve ever had! She was so thoughtful and really helped us celebrate our honeymoon well! The place is beautiful & so peaceful!! The cabin was great. We enjoyed smores, board games in the cabin, the hot tub, and local restaurants!!

Excellent stay! Super cozy space and very cabin-esque! The kitchen/grill area was useful and stocked with lots of supplies/necessities. Fun little walk to the pond on property. Very peaceful and quiet. The beginning of our stay was COLD while the end of our stay was HOT; however, the a/c unit and space heater in the cabin kept us comfortable under both conditions. The bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend this place!

This was a great experience. We were able to rest, relax, and connect. The house was beautiful and had a lot of amenities that supported our travel.

We loved the home! The unique design and decorating inside were very pleasing to the sight and fit right in with the comfortable feeling we had the whole time we were there. This was a great home for a family to stay in! We traveled with three adults and three kids 8 and under and it was very comfortable. My kids LOVED the bunk bed room! The hot tub and room to play with the fort was perfect to keep everyone happy and busy.

Nice A-frame, close to the lake

We had an incredible stay and plan to return. The whole property is beautiful!! The instructions were clear and fairly easy to find. Seriously, the pictures and description do not do the property justice. We rented the place for my son’s college graduation from SE and decided to stay for an extended Mother’s Day weekend and we are so glad we did! It is so peaceful and beautiful. An unexpected surprise was this was a bird watcher’s paradise but we also saw plenty of other wild life including deer every morning. We enjoyed hiking around, fishing, the complementary s’mores for the fire pit, and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. There were ample indoor games if it had rained but we were blessed with perfect weather. Indoors was super clean, just as described, and fully stocked with everything needed. This is a perfect place if needing a location close to Durant but we plan to return simply for the perfect property for the whole family including our family dog.

If you’re looking for cozy and quiet, this is your place! It was the perfect size for me and my husband for a couple of days. We absolutely love the cabin feel and we definitely are coming back!

Did not want to leave, wish I owned this as my personal home. Cabin had everything we could possibly need right down to games. The area is great as we felt undisturbed by anyone and we easily found places to hike the woods and go to the lake. everything was spotless, wifi, hot water, temperature control all worked perfectly. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The fire pit was phenomenal, the biggest we have come across and it was so nice on a cold night. Funny enough I think one of my favorite things was the back porch looking into the trees where my daughter and I had coffee each morning, it felt special for us. The perfect get away.

The cabin was comfortable. It is a beautiful setting. My grandchildren had fun exploring the grounds and using the games. They went fishing and have not stopped talking about it even though they didn't catch anything. We will stay there again I am sure.

We had an amazing time. Sherri’s home was clean, quiet and peaceful. We were close to the marina, stores,anything we needed. Definitely would go back.

We went on a guy's fishing trip. We had 4 guest. This place was exactly what we needed and expected. Very happy we chose this place. Also having the VFW at the end of the road was a plus! The pictures are accurate, but it's more spacious than it appears.

Our stay at the Lake House was very nice. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen is stocked, but I missed my knives. The very best part of our stay was access to the beach. It was wonderful! The water is very shallow so the littles could get in a play without us worry about them too much. The sand is as white as any beach in Texas. So nice! The kids loved playing in it too. It was a little bit of a hike down to the beach. It would not be an easy walk for someone who is somewhat handicapped. But we all made it just fine. The main road is a little noisy during the day, but not much noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time in Oklahoma for myself and family. We were very comfortable and would definitely rent again when we come back! Beds were extremely comfortable and host was very responsive and attentive.

Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Close to the marina, less than 2 minute drive. Clean, nice kitchen and big bathroom. WiFi, dish network tv worked great. If you’re a smoker Jack has a little shed just for smoking. Overall great experience and I’d stay again next time.

My family and I stayed at this lovely place for Christmas and we couldn’t be happier. We loved to bring our pup and enjoy the outdoors this place provided. Will definitely love to come back.

This was a great little place for a quiet and private getaway. Excellent furnishings, private dock, fire pit, great patio. Internet is very spotty, but we were there for R&R so it was great that my husband and son couldn’t bury their faces in electronics. DVD library, puzzles, games kept us busy.

The place was great. We have family in the neighborhood and when we visit them again, we will look to rebook.

What a lovely place to stay! Were there for eight nights while visiting our daughter. Such a beautiful, peaceful surrounding in a very well equipped cabin. Three of us stayed there and my friend who slept on the sleeper sofa said it was extremely comfortable. Our king sized bed was as well. We hope to come back and take advantage of the paddle boats. No time this time since we were preparing for our daughter’s wedding. Bobby was a wonderful host - I highly recommend!

The cabin is fantastic! Even though it’s super close to the highway, it feels very secluded. We loved the peaceful surroundings-and deer visited the area next to our cabin morning and evening! The queen bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom offer just the right amount of space. If you need to work remotely or just stream your favorite shows, the WiFi is amazing! We had a great stay at the red cabin and would stay again!

This was an amazing stay!! I really loved how we were able to bring our dirt bikes with us and it is right on the lakes edge. Lots of places to ride. The home was also just as great! Big rooms, lots of space, and the back yard was great! I will definitely be booking here again!

Our group came in after dark one evening for a one night say, leaving the next morning. It was easy to find and get into our cabin. The set up with three beds worked well for for our crew and pet friendly was quite nice. We were welcomed by a nice kitty that we understand is part owner of the property. :) The property is on the seasoned side with some updating opportunities, but was certainly comfortable and clean. Due to having a trailer, I asked if I could park under a canopy in another area of the property with some pending rain. At 930 in the evening, the response was prompt, sharing great info and allowing me to choose to park under a available canopy with no addition fee. Their communication was great! The cabins are within an area that includes an extended stay and other homes that available. The open areas for the animals were great, and there are two nicely lit under cover areas with picnic tables for community use. Omar & Archie's place certainly served us well for our needs.
