10/10 stay in a cozy, quiet and impeccable house. Ramon was very kind and answered all our questions, parking is easy, it's usually free next to the entrance, there's a supermarket under the house, a bar and a bakery in front. Great price for the stay!

The stay of 10. There was no lack of detail in anything, even coffee for the coffee maker. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. Always attentive to us before, during and after the stay. 100% recommended

Very responsive host. Flexible on the conditions. I had to leave a day earlier than booked, we found a solution that arrange both of us. I am very grateful for it. On top of that flexibility the appartement is well furnished, local recommendations were great (including suggestion for parking a couple of blocks away much cheaper than in front of the door) Very positive experience.

It's been some fantastic days in the house. Very cozy place with everything you need and very clean. The views are spectacular to spend a few days relaxing and unwinding. My dog enjoyed it a lot.

The house is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable to share between different people since each room has its own bathroom, 5 in total. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

Fantastic hosts. Jon was excellent in communication. We went during the cup final so bilbao was very busy. He told us train times and even took us too and from bilbao. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place
