In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Das Stdio (kleine Schwester von der Ferienwohnung ton Barkenboom) befindet sich ruhig in einer 30er Zone, dennoch im Herzen der wunderschönen ''Bärenstadt'' Esens an der Nordseeküste gelegen. Die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte und Apotheken sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der wunderschöne Strand in Bensersiel ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

A spacious living area is highlighted by slanted ceilings and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the room. A dark sectional sofa and an inviting yellow chair create a comfortable seating arrangement beside a modern coffee table. A vibrant artwork adorns the wall, complementing the wooden flooring.

Cozy Apartment directly at the North Sea

Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
