Self contained annexe comprises of a double bedroom with clothes hanging space. Tea & coffee making facilities, a small fridge and breakfast basket. NOTE No Cooking Facilities. Modern shower room. Views over Totternhoe Knolls, walkable to the Downs and Gliding club. Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Luton Airport and stations to London are a short drive away.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Clean airbnb in a secure complex. Comfortable and spacious living room. Not far from basic amenities and within walking distance to a Park. Communication with Maniesha was prompt and she was able to answer any queries I had. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Little House - Amazing little gem indeed! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little house. As soon as the gates opened we were impressed and it didn’t stop once we entered the house either. The open plan kitchen / diner / lunge was great , as we visited as 3 couples so was great to have this space to spend our time together. Upstairs the bedrooms are quite big, and one ( as well as the bathroom) has impressive views of the surrounding fields. Beds are very comfortable, bedding and towels were great quality, every small detail from the loo rolls , hand wash to the amazing decor, selection of board games - the attention to detail in the little house is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb. We have also utilised the bbq on one of the days, outdoor seating which is secluded and to the side of the house was great. Our host Dean was very accommodating and helpful. Overall - we cannot fault anything at the little house. We hope to visit again and would highly recommend. Thank you

Belinda is very welcoming and I felt home straight away. Instructions are easy to follow and Belina is responsive to queries. I have stayed here several times and feel like I'm staying with a friend. Private shower room and use of garden if the weather is nice. Lovely bedroom with TV.

We can’t thank our hosts enough! After a last-minute cancellation left our bridal crew without a place to stay, they came to the rescue and absolutely saved the day. From the start, communication was clear, warm, and responsive — they made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and welcoming experience. The space was lovely and perfect for the occasion. It ended up being a terrific stay that added to the joy of the wedding weekend. I enjoyed my stay at Felicity's. Unfortunately our paths did not cross but I did meet her husband, who was very helpful. I also met her delightful cat, Kirby. I had my own bathroom and parking space, a bonus. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and breakfast, is you so wished to do so. The property itself is within easy striking distance of Rickmansworth town centre and its three big supermarkets, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Tesco. Rickmansworth also has its own theatre, Watersmeet. If you like walking, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the canal are very close by. From the property there is easy access to the M25, M40, M4, A1 and M1 etc, so is very well connected if you want to travel Highly recommended
