This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. The view from this cabin is beautiful! Either sit on the living room couch or on the deck and enjoy the lovely view of the lake. It is situated on a level, wooded lot that is a great getaway. Perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, etc. We have a paddle boat and a flat bottom boat with a trolling motor for guests to use. In close vicinity to hiking, off-roading, paragliding, rock climbing and many other activities. Deerhead Lake in Dunlap is 55 mins from Chattanooga, TN.

This cabin is an absolutely wonderful getaway! We have been here multiple times and it consistently beats our experiences at other cabins. The area is beautiful and the cabin is an amazing way to enjoy it and disconnect from the usual busyness of life. Between spending time by the lakeside or a fire, you don’t ever really feel the need to do anything but relax. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This place is so cool. Attention to detail was great. The property is so quiet and peaceful. The wood burning jacuzzi is pretty awesome. Experienced a little rain and the sound of the rain on the glacé was so relaxing. Definitely a great place to relax and reconnect with your significant other.
