Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Lovely en suite room with own access, easy parking, quiet neighbourhood and 5 mins walk from a beautiful beach. Easy drive to Dunedin or south. Megan and Carlos were very helpful and quick to respond to messages; it was a pleasure to meet them. Really enjoyed my stay (and very reasonably priced). Highly recommend.

Jean was an amazing host, so kind and friendly. She was always giving out suggestions on dinner places or places nearby and ways to get there. She also was prompt at asking if we needed clothes washed or dishes done which was very appreciated. She was such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend.

Hospitality was exceptional with Chris picking us up off the train. Area of house was completely private and i think i had the best sleep Ive had in ages. Very clean, lots of honest information about what you could do re sightseeing etc and suggestions. Would definately go back again.
