Vacation rentals with a patio in Duna Verde

The apartment was one of the best I’ve stayed in—spacious, clean bathrooms, plenty of towels, and clear instructions from the host along with great local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The villa is very nice with most basic amenities provided. Public transport is nearby too which can get you to the main city and even the metre station easily. It has a private backyard too! Overall a pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was excellently equipped – everything was really thought of: private parking, bicycles, towels, linens, shampoo, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, laundry rack, and much more. Simply everything you need to live! We also loved that there were many candles, room fragrances and great decorations, which made everything much more homely. We were particularly impressed by the direct beach location (5 min walk) as well as the pool access directly from the terrace – ideal for spontaneously jumping into the water with children. Even with a stroller, everything was easy – the accommodation on the ground floor is completely barrier-free and super thoughtful. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. You can tell that Markus is very careful to make you feel comfortable and at home. We did! Absolute recommendation – we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we were out of season. But all in all, great. Apart from the lack of privacy on the terrace, which could become unpleasant in the high season, there is nothing to complain about. Hostess again

We had a great stay! Our landlord provided us with all the necessary information and was quick and friendly to our requests for questions. The location is very good, close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The accommodation is as described, it was in order for us! We had a great time, we'd love to come here again!

We felt very comfortable - the room is a few meters from Via Garibaldi with wonderful restaurants and cafes, very quiet in a small backyard where we liked to sit under the vine for a snack. If you are looking for light-flooded rooms in a chic environment, this is the wrong place; if you are looking for a very nicely furnished room with good cuisine, this is a very good place. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is in the center next to the beach so it is perfect for a relaxing vacation without having to take public transport or cars. I think it's the best apartment in the area in terms of comfort, price, and location.

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

The four of us had a wonderful time in the accommodation. This was really very clean, beautifully decorated… we felt right at home…. as if we had always been there. Inquiries were answered immediately… The complex is small but nice 😊 we were there for the second time and are always happy to come back. We also find the proximity to the shops and restaurants, within walking distance, very good. We are really more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually in front of the door, also the airport is very quick to reach. The accommodation is quietly located, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

The location of the apartment is great—it’s very convenient to take the bus to Venice Island, and there’s also a shopping district nearby! Overall, this apartment is definitely worth recommending.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! This was a stunning apartment to stay in. Everything was very stylish and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the town was in walking distance. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊
