Monthly Rentals in Dulag

I loved this place i would defentlly recommand it and i would book again when i come back thank you very much!

We have been in one of Marlyne lodgings on three different occasions and have already booked for next years trip. They have all been different lodgings but the quality has always been exceptional. The cleaning service is regular and quite satisfactory. Communication is always excellent, we are always before hand informed if there are any municipal service disruptions and any of our need are addressed very rapidly. The apartments are all in excellent condition ,well kept and very clean. Honestly i have no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay when i am in the area. Quality/price ration is outstanding. Had a great stay, nice and cozy. Felt very welcomed and safe and secure. Everything was nice and clean. Will use again when i make another trip. Enjoyed being able to cook meals and hot showers. I will recommend this place for all. The staff was always friendly.

A very nice apartment situated within a subdivision yet close enough to stores, shops and the city of Tacloban. The apartment itself is in a very good condition. It was perfectly clean and I felt immediately at home as soon as I opened up the door. All the amenities inside the apartment were great as well. Everything appears to be almost brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Last but not least: the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was perfectly good...something you don't always get in the Philippines. The communication with the owner was great! He made sure that everything went smooth from the first to the last day of my stay. I had a great time and I will be back to this great little apartment the next time I come to Tacloban.
