I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

We spend 5 days in Il Hwa’s place to visit old friends in the area and I can only says that the place was great. It’s clean, spacious and well located for us. We were worried about the house being next to the airport. However, the house is well isolated, so in the house the noise isn’t too bad. Outside in the garden, though it is very loud. Altogether, we had a great stay and would come again. Thanks Il!

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

Such a beautiful home on gorgeous land in a special neighborhood. Bill is a wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone.

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

This is the feeling of living in your own home. A dreamy backyard, well-equipped kitchen facilities, spacious and bright rooms—even though it's an old house, we can still enjoy the comfort of home. I really want to ask the landlord: Joe, is your house for sale? We’ve already fallen in love with your place.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

We booked this place for a family staycation to spend a long weekend doing nothing but relaxing. This place exactly fit the bill. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was lovely and clean. Our little daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. Best of all, when we realized we might end up arriving earlier then check in time, Alex promptly set us up to arrive a while hour and a half before time!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

The Casita in the Trees was the perfect getaway and Melodie and family were amazing hosts. The space has a very nice layout, the kitchen and other rooms are lovely with charming ambiance and thoughtfully stocked, you have everything you need and more. The soft morning birdsong was so pretty amongst the oak trees, the view is spectacular, and Melodie was such a thoughtful and kind host. I would absolutely recommend!

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful property with horses in the view. The place was nicely decorated with their own touch of style. I would highly recommend!

Exactly as the listing describes. Close to Hayward BART station, Hayward town hall, and so many restaurants and bars. The unit had a clean bathroom and kitchen. Very comfy bed. Easy access to the unit in front and back. Every time we enter, we are greeted by adorable cats!

It was perfect. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation from Saint Mary’s College. East access to the highway, nice peaceful location but close to everything you need and the accommodations were lovely. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Edward’s place was exactly what we were looking for as visiting from out of town for engagement party. His place is easy to find, spotless clean and very modern. I had some changes in the plans and Edward was always there via communication regarding any questions I had. Overall I highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Pleasanton / Dublin area.

The house was as described and very clean. We loved staying there. Our kids were sad to leave the house at the end of our trip. Payal accommodated our need to have local family member drop-off supplies for us in advance of our arriving late, and responded rapidly to any questions we had throughout the stay. A couple minor issues arose during our stay that needed host attention, as is possible no matter where you stay. What's important to us is that Payal was very responsive, caring, and took care of our needs in a timely manner. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property and host.

a pleasant place in Pleasanton! quiet street but close to downtown shops/restaurants/cafes. One feels easily at home here. Would happily stay here over a hotel again in the future.

I have a health condition that requires my medication to be in the refrigerator and he did everything that he could to make it work for me. Great place and very quiet. I loved how he uses every space to accommodate all that is needed for the house. I was very pleased and impressed.

Really peaceful Airbnb with lots of outside flowers and a beautiful pond with koi fish inside. I went with my mom and she really appreciated the well kept garden with all the flowers. There are instructions to throw out the garbage each night to prevent ants. This is good advice since II found a small amount of ants in the bathroom during the evening.
