5 Stars – Excellent Stay! I had a great experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The amenities were thoughtful — from a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi to a fully equipped kitchen and clean toiletries. The location was safe and convenient, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended — I’d definitely book again!

Although the address in the app was not well, Nazneen managed to guide me to easily get to, the building is well located with easy access to the highways to reach any area of the city in minutes, the building and apartment are in very good condition and the view from the apt to the Burj Khalifa is incredible. Nazneen was also very attentive to me always making sure everything was in order. As I thought the apt was left in another area when I book, Nazneen collaborated with the transport to the area where I was supposed to stay, he was really VERY attentive. The apt is comfortable and spacious. I recommend it 100%.

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

Iryna's place is great. It's the perfect spot if you want to stay in DIFC: 30 seconds of walk (under the shade) and you're connected to Index Mall, itself connected to Gate Avenue and all its restaurants, cafés, shops and offices. The building has a very nice gym + pool + lounge area (you can work from there) + playing area for kids. Iryna is a great host: super responsive and helpful. I will happily stay at her place again.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!
