Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Bike friendly being only a Ten Minutes drive from ForFourty Mountain Bike Park, perfect location for a biking weekend away. Absolutely no parties

BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you.
