The Country Hideaway Apartment

A quiet, cosy and secure apartment in close proximity to Cork City with a home away from home feeling. Guests love the ease of pulling straight up to the door, the full kitchen and power shower. We are close to Cork City, Ballincollig, Farran Woods, National Rowing Centre, UCC Zip it , CUH and Lee Valley golf. There are some pubs and restaurants nearby such as the Kilumney Inn, Ovens Bar and Lee Valley Golf Club + White Horse. A car is necessary. EV charging available payable locally.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

A great place to work, rest or use as a base to explore, but a car is needed.

This bedroom includes a Queen size double bed and more as shown in the photographs. The Bathroom (with bath and shower) near the Bedroom is shared between the two guest rooms. The house is child friendly and with a crib/cot if needed for an infant. There are private parking spaces (with an EV charger) and bus stops are within a short walking distance.

Visit Blarney Castle, kiss the stone, have a pint in the Muskerry bar, stroll around the Woolen Mills, have some great local food in local restaurants. Also only 10 minutes from Cork city, pop into the English market, or one it's many pubs and whiskey bars. This is a great hub to explore Cork, West Cork and Kerry.
