Surrounded by 20 acres of woods with a wide winding walking path to a beaver pond and a stone’s throw away from the Kennebec and Eastern Rivers. This is the perfect little woodland oasis! - 15 minutes to scenic Route 1 + Maine’s beautiful coast, 30 minutes to the Freeport outlets + LLBean Flagship Store and 45 minutes to Portland and the white sandy beaches of Popham and Pemaquid.

Wild Acres Yurt on 36 acres.

This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.
