My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

We booked the place for an event in the Olympic Stadium, which was within 15 minutes walking distance from the place. The contact was great and the check-out very flexible, which was extremely accommodating to us. What you should consider is the S-Bahn line that runs directly along the property and with a certain. noise level, which was absolutely ok for us. All in all, a clear recommendation in g for anyone looking for accommodation near the stadium.

If I could give a 6th star, I would. Everything was impeccable, the place is adorable as is Andrea. I had a memorable stay in Berlin, it is very easy to travel by public transport from the accommodation and the neighborhood is very nice. Andrea gave good advice for restaurants, grocery stores and visits. I would come back there without hesitation.

I was together with 2 friends for 3 nights in Jeremias apartment - our area was super equipped, we had our privacy, it was clean, nicely decorated and very quiet :) The U12 is only 5 min on foot. In general, we were in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Jeremias & his daughter, who welcomed us, were super friendly, Jeremias always wrote back quickly and let us check in early (after a long night train journey). Thanks for the lovely stay :)
