Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, St. John's

This place was absolutely stunning! Elias greeted us upon arrival and was so incredibly welcoming and friendly! I can’t say enough good things about him. The place had everything we needed and then some! The balcony has a beautiful view and the downtown area is walkable from this place. Would 100% return again!

Just returned home from a 4-day stay in paradise. NL is home to many relatives so we usually stay with family. Decided to book Jennifer’s due to the proximity of downtown St. John’s and the reviews. Definitely not disappointed!! The house had everything and more to make you feel right at home. The best would have to be the great sleep. Most comfortable beds, clean linens and pillows to suit everyone’s preference. We cracked the windows open slightly and fell asleep to the wonderful cool NL breeze. We usually look forward to heading back home but staying at Jennifer’s made us feel we were already there. Not one single element to be improved on and if there were more than 5 stars, I’d go higher! Looking forward to returning to the rock and staying at our new jem … Salt Air BnB

Rhonda's place is lovely. It is quiet and private and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy the downtown life then have a humble abode to return to. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the mornings. We loved the house. The neighborhood made us a bit nervous at first, just a downtown city neighborhood with a few locals who had obvious issues. No one bothered us and everyone was super friendly. We had no issues at all. The house was quiet. Beds comfortable. The third floor room and ensuite was lovely. The location was perfect. Close to the main streets to get everywhere! Coffee and food handy. House was spotless and well outfitted. Overall we had a wonderful week and would stay here again. Back patio was our daily go to spot to relax.....we had a week of 20+ sunny weather.

Kayla's place was perfect. Location is ideal and the house is very comfortable with all the amenities listed. Kayla went out of her way to purchase an iron and ironing board at our request. Best host ever, I highly recommend staying at Kayla's place.

Our experience with David and his lovely home was all positive. The house was perfect for the 4 adults who stayed there. Rooms were well appointed and beds comfortable. The numerous amenities were excellent, especially the coffee/tea & milk,butter etc. in the fridge. We highly recommend using David’s place and will certainly stay there again, if the need arises.

I had the pleasure of staying at Kieley’s lovely Airbnb, just minutes from downtown St. John’s. A bus stop is conveniently located just steps away, making it an excellent choice for those without a car. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated with charming Newfoundland-inspired touches, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Kieley provides a helpful guidebook with great local recommendations, from top tourist spots to delicious restaurants and nearby places to pick up essentials. The home is well-equipped with everything you need to settle in, including Netflix to unwind after a day of exploring. There’s also a private outdoor seating area that’s perfect for enjoying the sunshine. This Airbnb truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John’s—you’ll be well taken care of and have an unforgettable stay!

I've stayed at Sharons place a few times now, and it never disappoints! It's in a great area with everything you may need just down the road.

The rooms were perfect for us. It was one of our best vacations yet. The wonderful people, cultural events, amazing vistas, wildlife, icebergs and Canadian history were fascinating. The cozy atmosphere and ease of staying in a basement suite made us feel right at home😍

Loris’s 2 bedroom apartment was a great place to stay! We felt right at home the minute we arrived. It was very roomy and the furniture was quite comfortable. If we ever find ourselves back in St. John’s, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This was the first and last stop of our trip, and it was so nice to return to a welcoming, familiar place. The host is very sweet, and we had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located near trails and the city. It was the ideal way to start and end our Newfoundland adventure.

Great stay! No issues in the unit. Easy to find and check in, had everything we needed. Little far from the city centre, and would recommend having a car but overall a very good place to stay in town.

I have frequently used this location for my overnights in the region and it never disappoints. very quiet location comfortable bed and more. highly recommend

Julian's place is in a fantastic location for us as it was close to places we were visiting. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the Basilica. It was great having a parking space provided! The basic amenities were provided, and was overall clean! There was a good amount of dishes, cups and glasses available for use as well. Coffee and green tea were provided, which we greatly appreciated. Julian was friendly and quick when communicating with us. Lastly, it was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely recommend his place!
