Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Raleigh

We loved staying at Drew's house! The neighborhood was peaceful and very walkable. The house was close enough to downtown, and also many parks and restaurants we visited during our stay. The kitchen was fabulous, as was the deck and the backyard. The only issue was the coffee machine which dripped a bit much, so I had to buy a small one during our stay. The office space with the large monitor was useful for me to get some work done during our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone coming into Raleigh to visit with their family book with Drew.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

This was a great experience for my family! Eric was very proactive and reached out to share some local recommendations for dinner before we checked in, which came in handy. Eric also made himself available in case we needed his assistance with anything, but we had zero issues whatsoever at the house. This place was exactly as described. My family and I really enjoyed the space. It's nice, cozy, clean, and well stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. My family couldn't stop raving about the decor and the cute, thoughtful touches around the house. We only stayed one night, but if we ever needed to come back to Raleigh, we'd definitely stay here.

Jason and Rachel were very accommodating hosts - due to a situation a different Airbnb they accommodated us very quickly! The house is brand new, spacious modern and clean. Perfect for our group of ten. We would definitely return!

The home was perfect for 6 family members attending a wedding in Raleigh. Convenient to everything in a beautiful neighborhood. We especially enjoyed early morning walks and gathering on screened in porch.

Beautifully designed place with super comfy beds. Well-stocked, large kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Great having Publix so close by. There is traffic noise from the road which was more intense over the weekend late at night but the noise machines helped a bit. Everything was very clean. We had nice stay, enjoyed the Steampunk theme details and artful touches.

Alexis's place was a great home base for us. It was well set up for a longer stay with kitchen basics, plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and towels for both the pool and the bath. It is easy to walk to the pool and you can access the Greenway and Shelly Lake Park without a car and without crossing the big road out front. Alexis replied within minutes whenever we contacted her.

We enjoyed the place... perfectly equipped for a very comfortable stay. Super quiet location and very nice condo! Great layout in the condo. Jocelyn was a great host! 100% loved it and hope to stay there again if our work calls us back there.

The home was clean, Jill was courteous and attentive, eager to address any concerns we had, and wanted us to be happy. We enjoyed our visit to North Carolina.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location with easy access and clear directions. Perfect for a family getaway — we loved the pool and game room, and the enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Definitely a place we’d revisit!

We stayed at Catie’s Place for two nights during a lacrosse tournament at WRAL Soccer Park, and it was perfect. The home is cozy, quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood, just a 15-minute drive to the fields. After long days at the park, it was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. We’d absolutely stay here again for another tournament weekend!

We stayed for 5 nights and overall had a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable — perfect for our family. Once the weather warmed up, we were able to enjoy the pool, which was a nice bonus. We did lose water for part of our last night, which was inconvenient, but the property managers responded quickly and addressed the issue right away. They were also very understanding and accommodating. All in all, a well-spent stay and we’d consider coming back!

I had an incredible stay here with Laura. The highlight for me was her super cozy dark green bedroom. The color scheme and decor created such a calming vibe, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The pool was another standout feature. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of jumping at Skydive Raleigh. The host was friendly and responsive, and the space had everything I needed.

We came for a comedy show at the Lenovo center. The area of Liz’s place is close to everything within 20 minutes of most stuff you would be doing in Raleigh. House was clean and back yard was amazing my friends and I really enjoyed this stay would definitely recommend.

Lucia's place was absolutely perfect. We are hosts ourselves and were very impressed with how beautiful and organized the place was. It was absolutely perfectly located as well. Immediate walking distance to loads of great spots. 5 Stars. Would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean, spacious enough for me and my family, and just a short walk to the convention center and everything else we needed. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. The host was also super flexible and allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother. We had zero issues during our stay — everything was exactly as expected, if not better. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Chelsea's place. It looked just like the photos and was in pretty good condition. One thing to note is that it is definitely at the edge of the historic Oakwood neighborhood, and there's a noticeable change in feeling by the time you get to her house. Nothing unsafe, but it's definitely a few blocks away from the actual charm associated with the area. Was only a short drive to everything we wanted to see, and Chelsea arranged a late checkout for us which was really appreciated. I would recommend it, with the caveat about the location.

We really enjoyed our stay! I came with my husband and our two dogs, and we all felt right at home. The space was even nicer than I expected—beautifully decorated with such a cozy, welcoming feel. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the mattress was super comfortable (which is always a nice surprise!). The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, with parks just a short walk away—perfect for morning walks with the pups. We'd definitely come back and would happily recommend it to others!
