Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown Providence

This Airbnb was everything we could have wanted and more. It was easy to get into, the rest of the house is gorgeous, the Airbnb was so clean, and it smelt so good! Felt right at home and slept like a baby. We were able to walk to lots of different spots. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and stepping outside to see a large garden instantly lifted my mood. It's worth highlighting how convenient the location is — attending a conference at Brown was so easy and saved a lot of commuting time compared to staying elsewhere. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed staying here! The bed was very comfortable, and I felt right at home. The condo was nicely appointed with great snacks, lots of towels, lighting everywhere, and lots of outlets.

We loved our stay! This spot was lovely and had everything you would want in a stay. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, amenities, and decor. The location was convenient and felt safe. Sarah was prompt with communication and provided helpful recommendations. I would love to return!

Great place to stay to experience Providence. You’re under a mile from several great places to eat. It’s a 30 minute walk to Brown, RISD, etc through a working class urban neighborhood. It’s a good deal for a private suite with a full kitchen and a HUGE soaking tub. It’s an old house with typical old house quirks, but well kept and pleasant. Better deal than a hotel and much more fun. No ghosts.

My partner and I had a great stay at Van's listing! The unit was very clean with ample parking and private backyard space. It's perfectly located on the east side of PVD between Hope Village, College Hill, and Wayland Square. Van was very communicative and accommodating. Overall we had an excellent experience and will certainly be back for our next Providence visit!

One of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed at. Richard was also on of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Always available and extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

Lovely, charming house. Patricia was very kind and welcoming. She met us at the house despite it being late. Patricia's thoughtfulness was readily apparent in the wealth of kitchen amenities and options she shares with her guests; definitely a people person! The home itself is exactly as pictured. Parking is easy. It's quiet at night for sleeping. With windows open the morning traffic noise may bother some. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The neighborhood was very lovely and close to everything.

Naoufal’s place was perfect for our trip! The house was very spacious! Naoufal was a wonderful host! There was milk, fresh fruit, and breakfast food waiting for us when we arrived which I felt was a generous measure that really went above and beyond! I highly recommend staying here! Especially if you are with family or children & teens… it’s spacious enough for everyone on a safe, quiet street. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.

Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

My husband and I needed a place to stay to in Providence to host a small college reunion between him and a small group of friends and this place was perfect. What drew me in was the outdoor space, which we ended up using a few times throughout the week we were there. The three bathrooms were perfect for the 7 of us, and the pull out couch was “actually incredibly comfortable for a pull out couch” for our friend who stayed only a few nights. Any time we had a small question, the host was always quick to answer. She even allowed us an extra hour past check-out time, which wasn’t necessary but would been nice if we were running late. Check out instructions were very very reasonable, no nit-picky requests from the host, just three basic rules. This house is very close to anything you’d like to do in Providence. If we come back here as a group, I’ll absolutely rebook and would recommend this home to anyone!

Spacious apartment in a location that can't be beat: close to RISD and Brown, walking distance to restaurants. It is quiet despite being so central. The place is stunningly decorated, clean, and super well stocked (the kitchen was every appliance you can dream of, both iron and steamer were provided etc!). A perfect spot for a visit to Providence. Highly recommend!

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. Our stay was fantastic and Ryan was extremely accommodating and communicative. We plan to stay again for future college reunions. The apt was so comfortable and clean with lots of places to charge devices and plenty of ice & kitchen appliances. Every room was great. Thank you!

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
