Vacation rentals with beach access in Downtown Miami

this is a great place to stay when considering the one hotel. just pick up the access cards as you enter the building and those get you into the one hotel pool. it worked out really great for us and the room had a full kitchen.

Great views of the beach. Perfect for families to stay. Building is a bit confusing to navigate but other than that it’s great.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay at Enrique’s place. Conveniently located, clean, pictures are the same as in person, comfortable. Enrique was extremely communicative, and promptly responded when we needed him. I would suggest improving the check-out experience as we had a bit of trouble with turning in our key fob. But, Enrique was helpful and came up with a different solution. Overall, would recommend and book again! Thanks Enrique!

a beautiful place if you love the beach, literally less than a minute walk to the beach! would love to be back here. what a nice space too but it needs a little bit of updating happening. the floors are getting a little bit broken, no window screens, more kitchen stuff, and need something to put something to hold stuff inside the shower. but overall Valerio was a great host!

Mark’s listing was better than described.! We have never stayed in an Arbnb when in Miami (we come almost yearly) and have always stayed in so called high end hotels. Mark’s place was perfect for what we wanted to do, which was relax and be steps from the beach, Mark’s place is lovely, spacious, right across the street from the beach and in the thick of things but you would not know it once you were inside the building. It was quiet, super clean and they had personnel manning the front desk 24-7 which was nice! Btw - Anthony at the front desk was extremely helpful!! This place does not have a pool or gym but we did not miss it ( we go to the gym at least 4 times a week) We got our exercise by walking!! We had all the comforts of home but in Miami on Ocean Drive, steps from the beach. We had a blast and will definitely be back!!

Awais is a great host. Excellent communication skills. The apartment is amazing. Will try to stay there again next time I go to Miami.

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

I had a great experience in the house. I love the house. I felt like home. It was very cozy and it has everything i need for our perfect stay. Location is unbeatable, close to everything. Ac works great which is a big thing in Florida during Summer. The host was always available when I reached him. 100% recommended

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

My wife and I came down to another Airbnb in the same building last year for our honeymoon and while it was nice, Suzy’s place was absolutely perfect. The condo was super clean and had more amenities than we realized, so we actually overpacked🤣 But everything inside was great. A/C worked really well too, great for coming out of the Florida heat. Perfect for us and had plenty of space. It’s only about a 5 minute walk from the beach and right off of Ocean Drive so there is plenty to do in the area. We had a conflict with parking rise up during our stay, and it was late at night (someone parked in the private parking that wasn’t supposed to) but even though it was late at night, Suzy was extremely responsive and met us outside to resolve the issue. Seriously couldn’t have been more happy with our stay!

This is my second time staying at one of Joseph’s properties, and once again, it was great. Highly recommended! The quality of the apartment is very good—especially the balcony, which offers an unbeatable view.

Staying at this BNB was a great experience. Was peaceful and would recommend for those in the area. The host was responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Fantastic location very close to beach. Very cozy condo. Well kept. Upgraded bathroom and kitchen.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again
