LOCATED 4 minutes AWAY FROM THE BEACH. Airbnb shows it 20 minutes away ( glitch) This is an art deco building located on Collins and 26th on the beach. Located next to the EF International Language Center and near by the Convention center. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a huge parking lot right across the street . A couple of super markets about 50 meters away, one of them has amazing food already prepared, its great and not very expensive, specially lunch!!!!

Had a really nice time staying at this property. It was beautiful and the amenities were great. Enjoyed the barbecue and even the pool table and the ping-pong table. everywhere we turned there was something to entertain us. Truly a fun time.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

The air bnb was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the pictures! I’ve stayed in the design district, Hollywood, and on Collins ave before and brickell area is where it’s located and ir definitely takes the cake. You really get the authentic Miami vibe! I loved it and the views WERE so serene. The amenities that you get with the air bnb are a plus too. The only thing I disliked was that there wasn’t a broom. I broke a glass cup and I really had no way to ensure there wasn’t any spec of glass left. Although I improvised the situation, it would have been way easier if I had a broom. Iverallll the best stay!
