The house was exactly as described! It was very clean and comfortable!! In a great location and the lake outside was a plus!! So quiet and peaceful!! Karen is a great host!! We would definitely stay again!!

The home was just as described. The neighborhood was awesome, pretty trees, loved the backyard, and completely fenced in for the fur babies. House was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying with Dylan and it will not be our last! It is perfect - wonderful location and great host! We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the peaceful vibe of the house was perfect for us ( and our fur baby)! Dylan is super helpful and responsive! The property is beautifully renovated and very clean. The location was very convenient, being just minutes from the convention center and/or hospital. Tammy was a very responsive host.

The view and setting were incredible. We really liked the unique design of the home, and the balcony was especially nice. We got a lot of rain that kept us indoors, but watching the storm roll across the river and city from the large garage door type windows was spectacular. We would’ve been on the porch for that but it was sideways rain. I also always partly judge a hotel or Airbnb by the quality and quantity of toilet paper, and the home had extra rolls and I think it was Charmin lol. At any rate, it was pristine and gorgeous and we have a very nice time.

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

Sharon’s place was beautiful, cozy, affordable, and PRISTINE! I was amazed by how clean it was. It was so cute, warm and welcoming. My family and I felt right at home. This was such a wonderful stay. Sharon had odds and ends available to us… things you wouldn’t even think you’d forget or need on your trip. I have NOTHING negative to say what-so-ever. 5 stars across the board!

We really enjoyed staying at Heather's airbnb. It's obvious that this host really cares about the guest experience. We would definitely stay again when coming back though town. Clean, comfortable bed! Looks just like the pics Bonus our dogs loved her large fenced yard!

Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Brooke was an amazing host! She was willing to go above and beyond from the beginning to make sure my stay was easy and smooth. Very accommodating and enthusiastic to give advice on where to go and what to see in Little Rock during my stay. House was very cute, clean and in one of the best neighborhoods with easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay with Brooke again if coming back through Little Rock.

We stayed here to visit family who lived just a short walk away, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen setup was optimal, and the pantry was fully stocked, which made it easy to settle in and cook. TV and other amenities were ready to use, no setup needed. We especially appreciated the welcome box of snacks, beverages, and toiletry supplies—everything was thoughtfully stocked. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d gladly stay again.

The place was described just as it actually was. Very CLEAN friendly neighborhood and very relaxing. It was great to look out over the Lake . I would definitely stay there again.

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

The unit was as described on the app and looked like the picture. Very comfortable for 2-3 people, as it is a small unit and only a small sofa in the LR. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are staying because you want quick walkable access to the UAMS campus. It was a 7 minute walk for us to get from the unit to the 4th floor in the main hospital, so that was nice because it saved us on parking everyday. The host was responsive and made it very easy for me to extend a day. As others me mentioned in their reviews, it can be very loud with ambulance sirens, but it didn’t bother us too much. If I needed to be close to the hospital campus again, I would choose to stay here for convenience.

Host was wonderful and very communicative. Home was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable! Great for a weekend at a conference. Area seemed fine, but a bit away from convention center, restaurants, etc but ride share transportation was accessible. Would book again!

EVERY time we visit Little Rock (2-4x a year) we stay at this property. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Their property is perfect for our group and so comfortable, we always feel at home as soon as we drive up. Highly recommend, even as that increases the risk it’s not available when we visit!
