This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

This place is definitely 5 stars. It’s in a great neighborhood and close to fabulous eating places — some of which were recommended by the host. It’s very clean, with attention to detail that makes it a very comfortable stay for a family looking to go out or stay in and enjoy. Not to mention, as an appreciator of beautiful interiors, the decor and choice of finishes are impeccable. Lovingly done! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again, and my family travels to Little Rock every year.

The view and setting were incredible. We really liked the unique design of the home, and the balcony was especially nice. We got a lot of rain that kept us indoors, but watching the storm roll across the river and city from the large garage door type windows was spectacular. We would’ve been on the porch for that but it was sideways rain. I also always partly judge a hotel or Airbnb by the quality and quantity of toilet paper, and the home had extra rolls and I think it was Charmin lol. At any rate, it was pristine and gorgeous and we have a very nice time.

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s, but this one exceeded my previous experiences. It was so cozy along with all the most up to date amenities! Amy was a superb host! I needed an item and she quickly ordered it and sent it to the guest house! If you are looking for a great place to stay along with a great host- book with Amy! I’ll be back and sure hope this location is available!
