Excellent place close to the Strip. The views were AMAZING! They were very attentive and communicative. The amenities and pool courtesy were very nice to have as well. It takes a while to receive your security deposit - still waiting on mine.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Manuel’s place was amazing!!! The entry Instructions were clear, place as described, and the neighborhood exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful environment where we would rest after a busy/noisy time on the strip. We would love to stay at Manuel’s again the next time we visit.

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely book again!

Lovely room, everything was very clean. and a great view from the windows. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies along with wine glasses, mugs, dishes and utensils. even had pots and pans for cooking. Definitely will save you money having a little kitchen. We enjoyed having a glass of wine while watching the view from the window. It's very convenient to walk places and perfect for transportation. pickup and drop off for Uber/Taxi is in the same spot right at the lobby doors. If you know vegas most places have to drop off at one place but it takes forever to find the Uber pick up spot. and the moving walkways connect you to the mgm grand, or you can walk through the gates and easily get to the strip. the hotel has great security and safe to walk on the side street to the strip at night. Honestly you get way more for your money at the mgm signature than most hotels on the vegas strip.

Great stay!

excellent property at a great price. very convenient location. compact but well appointed kitchen. convenient washer dryer combo and spotless bathroom. A/C is controlled remotely which can be a bit cold. Two Mexican food trucks regularly park 10-50m away for a late night snack, plus Alderson's is just across the road.

Our stay was wonderful, any questions or concerns that we had were answered very quickly. the pool area was clean, I would stay here again.

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Richard was a great host. He was very responsive, he went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed n more!! The place is beautiful we loved everything about it. And the view from the balcony just topped it off!! You gotta see it for yourself!! Thanks Richard for being an outstanding host I’ll definitely be booking again for my next visit.

A very fast responder to any issues you’ll have or questions you have. Very detailed description of airbnb, easy to get into the place with the easy to follow instructions. Very respectful and checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. The place was nice and it felt welcoming.
