**LOOK!! Amazing Home in the Heart of Boise

This completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is nestled nicely in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. It's 15 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from the Airport. Plenty of outdoor space. Relax on the patio, BBQ, or help yourself to juicy blackberries right off the vine (July-August)! There's plenty of parking, including space for RVs or other toys. ***Note: In March 2021 work was completed on the underground utilities. The yard is in recovery mode and can be a bit muddy if wet.

Cozy Cottage on the Bench

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located place. The neighborhood feels rural and quiet, yet you are a 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown! Large yards in both the front and back are shared. The patio in the backyard has a grill that is available for you to use as well! I live part-time in a detached apartment on the property and I have an old dog that enjoys sunbathing in the yard. My house is pet friendly and a $20 pet fee does apply.

This charming home was built in 1933. With a lot of the original features still in place, glass door knobs, kitchen sink and tile and hardwood floors, who doesn't want to stay in a piece of history.
