What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Everything was accessible by door or a short drive to places of our choice. We did something different or went to a different place each day. Alex host was very good at communicating with us. Will definitely be back again😁😁😁

Quaint little coastal themed apartment full of amenities and all essentials to make trip stress free. Easily connected to local day trips and 10 mins to nearest small town with lots of food options. Friendly hosts welcomed us and gave great suggestions for things to do in local area - would recommend to friends & family

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

Our stay at Bee's was perfect. It is so quiet and well appointed we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Bee and her husband were both very welcoming and helpful. The location was very good to explore the local area. We would highly recommend it.

Incredible experience...great place, very comfortable and has everything you need. The location truly is fabulous and you can hear the sea as you sleep, so relaxing. Beautiful place to stay, i can't fault it really, came for my birthday and it was a day to remember!

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The apartment was exactly as described and looked in the photos. Immaculate, high quality finishes and appliances. Beds are super comfortable, with enough space in the apartment for 4 adults or family. Location is ideal to not use or need a car, as its located beachfront, next to restaurants, bars and the South West Coast Path for scenic walks. Darren was so easy to communicate with, giving recommendations, tips and quick response times. couldn't fault at all.

The apartment was beautiful and immaculate, Darren and Niamh are so friendly and helpful and have thought of everything to make a stay in Watergate Bay perfect. They gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to go, they all lived up to their promise. Watergate Bay is well situated for easy access to some stunning walks and beaches. I’m looking forward to my next stay at The Waves, I highly recommend it!

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

Very comfortable place with spectacular view over the ocean (the sunset!). Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make the evening meals at the house which was convenient as we were travelling with a baby.

It was a real treat to get to stay in such an historic property with amazing views and outdoor space! They have gone out of their way to make this quirky, old cottage into a small oasis - comfy sitting room, strong wifi, plenty of hot water, comfy bed, dish washer, etc. It was great to walk parts of the Coastal Path and come back to our cozy lodging. Definitely book the private parking if you can, it is already a bit difficult without going all the way to the public parking.

A fabulous apartment, sensational view, spotlessly clean and some thoughtful touches on our arrival. Directions and check in arrangements were very clear and hosts followed up after to check in to make sure everything was OK. The 50 steps up to the apartment is slightly daunting, especially after a long cycle ride or coastal path walk ... but the view and immaculate furnishings more than make up for it! The added benefit of a balcony and dedicated parking space added to a perfect stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

1 Sea view cottage is in a great location, a stones throw from the beach. It is lovely to lie in bed (which we found extremely comfortable!) to the waves breaking on the shore. The cottage is very clean and tastefully decorated. It is very well equipped with everything you will need for a self catering break. There was no problem with space outside the property to unload/load luggage, directions to the designated parking space at Norman Pearn were clear and concise. As host Sherry was top notch and responded quickly to messages we sent.

Mario was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to any questions. On arrival at the property we unloaded the luggage outside and then drove to a suggested carpark an 8 minute walk back to the property. Mario had provided a lovely welcome basket of goodies and there was a dog bed provided which our dog really enjoyed snuggling up in after our days out. The property is ideally situated on a quiet street but with shop's and some really lovely restaurants a minutes walk away (Juju's tapas was amazing food, hosts and ambience. Fifty restaurant another must, book if you have a special occasion and like fine dining. The Cody Shack for the best fish and chips). We had some lovely day trips to Polperro, Wistmans Wood in Dartmoor was stunning. There is a beautiful coastal walk from Looe to Talland Bay hotel with wonderful views. If you are looking for a quiant and comfy base to explore Looe and the surrounding area we would very much recommend Marios place, you won't be disappointed.

Wow! What an amazing place this is - it’s even more beautiful than the pictures! Jo and David are wonderful hosts, David even met us at the car park and helped up carry our bags down to the property. Great communication from Jo before we arrived with really clear instructions, super flexible with arrival time. We had the most wonderful weekend and will absolutely be back, can’t fault it, absolutely no negatives.

Well What can I say that hasn’t been said in previous reviews, from the moment we arrived and was met by Rebecca who was absolutely lovely and showed us around her stunning property, it was purely magical the views are to die for and the accommodation itself was pure luxury, the welcome basket was such a treat and was definitely well received . Rebecca went the extra mile to celebrate our 30th anniversary . We made use of the family kyacks which was great fun and then just soaked up the views , we were so sad to leave if we could of stayed a few more nights we would have and will be definitely back now that we have found a new haven not too far from home.

Ben was amazing start to finish. Helpful, friendly, like visiting an old friend. We had quite a few luggages and reached there quite late, almost dark. We were panicking where to park and how to carry all the luggage to the chalet. But came to rescue, came to our car, helped us find a parking space and also gave us hand with carrying the luggage. What more we can ask for? Amazing experience. Thanks Ben.

If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.
