We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. The theme/decor was fun and unique. Brandon communicated well and answered my questions within minutes prior to arriving. We had no issues while staying and would highly recommend this place to family and friends who are visiting Colorado.

I loved the furnishings and decor! Snacks and soda were great for teenage boys. I’d choose this home again in a heartbeat! We liked the family’s welcome in the guidebook and the quiet street and walk into town.

Exactly as advertised! We were so happy with these accommodations! Very easy to find and check in. Nice private entrance, as well as secure. The place was immaculate! When I saw how they cared for their property and the level of cleanliness I immediately felt comfortable in the space. Like no corners were cut, because it was the same standard throughout. Beautiful and spacious for our family of 4. Our host was very kind and reached out to us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We didn't need anything because we had everything we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again next time were in town.

The listing exceeded my expectations! You could tell they take honor in hosting, the place was very clean and thoughtful. They had everything you could need, including complimentary coffee/detergent/utensils and any other small necessities us travelers tend to forget about. The basement overall is much larger and nicer than the pictures show, and the AC and space heater made my stay that much more comfortable. I will definitely be booking again when I travel to Denver next!

Anna and Jesse’s place did not disappoint! It was perfect for what we were looking for. Communication was top notch and the place was spotless. We had a great time! I highly recommend this spot for larger groups. Plenty of space all around for everyone to be comfortable.

The views at this home are unmatched! We could not take them in enough. We saw deer, bunnies, and even a bear! The home was spotless. The home is as described and located right next to a grocery store. We will definitely stay again!

The "E Ticket" of spectacular homes! Everywhere you turn the house welcomes you with comfort and peace. There are no finer views I have ever seen in a residence. Zack was very helpful and welcoming. Our family was just three while there and it was worth every penny creating forever memories!

Amazing stay! I sat on their bench for hours looking at the beautiful view. Not far from hikes, food and coffee. Feels nice and new. Will hopefully come again.

We stayed at nicks for ~ 5 days. The downstairs unit is connected to the main unit by stairs but is locked on both ends. The space felt private and safe. The host was great and responsive. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Rob’s place was great. It was spotless and very well managed and maintained. We had a few questions and he responded right away. The location is the best. Not to far from Denver or Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great! This place is spacious, has a really well-equipped kitchenette, is clean and clutter-free, and has a great porch with nice views. Fantastic paved walking paths, and small nearby park and playground, are easy to access and very close by. Even though this apartment is under the main house, it's super quiet and felt very private. I would definitely, definitely stay here again!

Alexander’s place was the perfect location for our stay in Castle Rock. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We traveled with our dog and it was very dog friendly.

Smooth everything check in to check out

This place met all of our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and beds were comfortable. We loved the location next to the Cherry Creek Trail and the availability of a pool on the premises. Michael was an excellent host.

For the price, we would definitely stay here again! It was very beautiful and the host was extremely responsive. We loved our morning walks up rock Park. Very close to downtown and for the most part quiet at night other than a little road noise. The decor in this condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed! The only minor downfall is that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom with no door other than that, we absolutely loved it.

She was very flexible about our late arrival. Clean bathroom and clean space. Was not aware of dog, so we heard that in the middle of the night randomly, but it was great!

The condo was conveniently located and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It was also exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated. Shawna was easy to contact and very helpful with instructions. All in all it is a solid place to book.

Very quiet location. Everything you need to relax and prepare meals. Kristi was very responsive to questions. I have family in the area, and the location was perfect for that. While it is close to shopping and restaurants, the condo itself is in a quiet area, and I felt very safe there. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would stay again should the need arise.
