A spacious basement with 2 bedrooms, living room, family room, office, a kitchenette and 1 bath, located below owners main residence, in a rural setting, within a short drive to parks, shopping and freeways.

Rob’s place was great. It was spotless and very well managed and maintained. We had a few questions and he responded right away. The location is the best. Not to far from Denver or Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Alexander's property was just what we needed for commitments in Castle Rock. It is very convenient to I-25, shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. The communication was excellent and we were happy with our accommodations.

Stevie was a great host. His place was large and clean and as described. My daughter and I loved playing pickle ball on his court. It made our stay. Would book here again. Thank you!

Such a great space - nice and private and super clean. Location was great too with plenty of options for activities within a short driving distance. I have zero complaints. I highly recommend to anyone. We went to a concert at Red Rocks and it was a short 20 minute drive.

Great! This place is spacious, has a really well-equipped kitchenette, is clean and clutter-free, and has a great porch with nice views. Fantastic paved walking paths, and small nearby park and playground, are easy to access and very close by. Even though this apartment is under the main house, it's super quiet and felt very private. I would definitely, definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment stocked with some left over goodies and plenty of every day items like dishes, towels, etc. as well as playing cards. Common area is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Rico was extremely accommodating and always available and fast to respond to questions. Parking area is also very secure.

We felt right at home in Elizabeth’s place, the views from the deck were gorgeous! The home was just right for our family - we loved it!

This was a lovely little place to stay with our two young kids while visiting Parker. It was easy to find, very peaceful, and thoughtfully furnished and put together. A couple of notes that other reviews had mentioned: --You need to be able to walk up and down stairs to access the AirBnB. If this is difficult for you, I would consider another place. --The driveway is very steep. If you are looking to book in winter, I would seriously consider parking on the street, and be careful getting down the driveway. --If you are a family who needs to be able to do tons of laundry, time it carefully. The washer is a washer/dryer combo that when I first set it, said it would take about 5.5 hours to get done. I think it really took about 2 or 2.5 maximum. It is also not a high capacity washer, so just factor that in. It worked fine for us, but I did have to be cognizant of it. All in all, for the same price of a hotel, this was a lovely place to be, and we will stay again!

My family and I came to Colorado for a concert but didn’t want to stay in Denver. Parker was the perfect location! Located in a very new and safe neighborhood only 30 minutes from Denver. Julio was nice enough to recommend some local places for us and was always very responsive. Everything was clean which made it a comfortable stay for us. I would gladly stay here again!!

The listing exceeded my expectations! You could tell they take honor in hosting, the place was very clean and thoughtful. They had everything you could need, including complimentary coffee/detergent/utensils and any other small necessities us travelers tend to forget about. The basement overall is much larger and nicer than the pictures show, and the AC and space heater made my stay that much more comfortable. I will definitely be booking again when I travel to Denver next!

The "E Ticket" of spectacular homes! Everywhere you turn the house welcomes you with comfort and peace. There are no finer views I have ever seen in a residence. Zack was very helpful and welcoming. Our family was just three while there and it was worth every penny creating forever memories!

Stayed here for family camp and it was the perfect spot. we were five minutes from camp and we were able to explore downtown. Todd was very helpful with whatever questions I had and always responded quickly

This place is a great place to stay if you have a large group. It was perfect for our trip with life long friends. Close to Colorado Springs and Red Rocks.

The house was amazing, spacious and cozy. I enjoyed the aesthetic. The rooms and aother areas were clean and well kept.

This place met all of our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and beds were comfortable. We loved the location next to the Cherry Creek Trail and the availability of a pool on the premises. Michael was an excellent host.

For the price, we would definitely stay here again! It was very beautiful and the host was extremely responsive. We loved our morning walks up rock Park. Very close to downtown and for the most part quiet at night other than a little road noise. The decor in this condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed! The only minor downfall is that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom with no door other than that, we absolutely loved it.

Very nice home with all the amenities. Close to shopping and good restaurants. This home was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Jana was great! She was very responsive and always asked if there was anything I needed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and a great walking trail! Chestnut (her dog) was very sweet too!

She was very flexible about our late arrival. Clean bathroom and clean space. Was not aware of dog, so we heard that in the middle of the night randomly, but it was great!

The condo was conveniently located and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It was also exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated. Shawna was easy to contact and very helpful with instructions. All in all it is a solid place to book.

Very quiet location. Everything you need to relax and prepare meals. Kristi was very responsive to questions. I have family in the area, and the location was perfect for that. While it is close to shopping and restaurants, the condo itself is in a quiet area, and I felt very safe there. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would stay again should the need arise.
