Studio of 27 M2 with a sea view. This studio is spacious, it is renovated, well equipped and very functional. Sheets are provided. You enjoy the view of the sea. The building is quiet.You will enjoy the sea view, the lighthouse of Tristan Island and part of Treboul Harbor . On one side the fishing port which is located at 600 meters, on the other the marina are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. The halls are 400 m from the studio.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence with views of the Rhu port, furnished tourist apartment of 51 m2. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open until 9 p.m., museum, ports, beaches... free parking lots next to the apartment, garage available for bikes, and parking available in the garage. The garage is very small. I just park my yaris in there. This is the only open garage in the residence.
