We had a nice few days at Jan's. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

Very clean and functionally furnished small apartment, which delights the guest at every point with small gadgets. From the sleeping mask and a small bag of gummy bears, to coffee capsules and tea, to extra hygiene items in the bathroom, everything was available. The room was very clean. A great price-performance ratio

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was easy to find, looked like the photos, and has a well equipped kitchen. It was nice and spacious and well suited for two couples and dog. Great communication from Andrea and Jörg. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking in the area!

This place is just amazing. Located in the countryside, it offers plenty of space, is well equipped and absolutely clean. It is only a 5-minute walk to Hof Oberlethe (I was there at a seminar). The hostess is very friendly and the communication went well in advance. Thanks a lot!

I spent 3 days in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Emden during Ascension Week. This apartment is simply incredible - like a second home. Beautiful decor, everything sparkling clean, great amenities, wine, the first coffee capsules, tea and a lovely card to welcome you. We have not experienced an Airbnb like this - and we have been to a few more. The communication with the landlords is also exceptional. Such warm and friendly communication is hard to put into words. In addition, so many tips for activities, restaurants, etc. and an immediate response to every personal question. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to vacation in this area.

thank you for the hospitality and the very nice contact. We only slept in the apartment a few hours after work has been done. But everything was very clean and lovingly prepared. It could only have been warmer for us. We were very frozen in the tent after the shooting festival and the heaters did not get warm. But otherwise everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished.

We had a great stay at Ruth's apartment and felt completely comfortable. For 30 days, it was our home and workplace at the same time – and it was convincing in every respect. We would like to highlight in particular: - The excellently equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for those who like to cook. There are three coffee machines (filter, tab and strainer). There is also the famous East Frisian tea. - The fantastic roof terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a working day. - The fast and stable Internet that made working from the home office possible without any problems. - The extremely friendly and helpful hosts, who were always available and welcomed us with a lot of cordiality. We fully recommend the place and would come back anytime!

My little daughter, sister and I stayed at Felix's place in mid-March. Check-in was very straightforward and Felix was always available for questions. When we came in, we felt very comfortable, everything we needed was there, the child had plenty of space to walk around and the terrace looked very inviting (even if it was still a bit too cold to sit outside). Due to the central yet quiet location, we were able to do all our activities even without a car, bakery and supermarket were easily accessible, the old town of Leer was also within walking distance. All in all a great apartment with lots of amenities and enough space, ideally located to start excursions and explorations.

Very spacious, superbly equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Furnished with attention to detail and idyllically located. The communication with Sabine was straightforward, extremely courteous and incredibly responsive. A minor problem was immediately solved in the evening with the greatest efforts of Sabine and Stefan. Absolutely recommended, we'd love to come back!

We spent a few very relaxing days in Leer. The apartment is super clean, very modern and comfortably furnished and also quietly located at the back. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. Thank you very much! :)

Matthias and Nina are excellent hosts, excellent communication and always ready to help. The accommodation is very comfortable, excellent location, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and very good connectivity with public transport. Everything very well heated for the winter. The area is very quiet and safe. 100% recommended!!!

beautiful lake park! The Vechtesee and the city center are within walking distance. The city is really great with many lakes and rivers, where you can take a nice kayak tour. Overall, it is also very quiet, with little traffic and lots of nature. We felt very comfortable in the place! It's all new and clean. In summer at 32 degrees, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant, although it is on the upper floor. We will be back!

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

The place was perfect for us (family with small children). We were very pleased about the great amenities (comfortable beds, whirlpool bathtub, kitchen). A big thank you also for the children's toys and the play mat. The surroundings are nice and quiet and green. We'll be back

the apartment was very chic. it had little frills but very classy and tidy. the bed was very comfortable. everything you need for a few days was there. kitchen is super equipped and the bathroom too. also the small garden is super sweet and could have been used. we recommend it.

Super nice contact, good accessibility for concerns. Very nice cozy apartment. Everything is fine. A car is an advantage, but not a must, as there is a beautiful park right next door, through which you can walk well towards the city center.
