Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

The sauna features smooth wooden benches arranged along two walls, complemented by a glass door. Soft lighting creates a warm ambiance, while a stone heater is positioned in the corner. A wooden bucket and ladle are available for use.

The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.

Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

The location is very convenient for public transportation and grocery shopping. I was able to cook my meals just like at home. The room and kitchen are cozy for guests. It’s an easy walk to the UN campus for business trips.

The accommodation is simply furnished with everything you need. Goran and his wife are very friendly. They immediately put milk in the fridge for me in case I wanted to drink coffee. Tea was also available. Goran's place is located on a quiet side street. Bus and tram are within a two-minute walk. Supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, savings bank all very close.
