Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The property itself is 4 acres and is fenced from the river making it secure for children, whilst the studio is also enclosed with fencing with a comfortable, private outdoor area. Fully fitted out, and newly renovated studio set-up. Nearby to Gnomesville and beautiful wineries with walking and bike tracks. Bunbury is 20 minutes away.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.
