Very good and centrally located 2-room apartment

The apartment is located in the idyllic coastal town of Stoliv, in the middle of the bay of Kotor. To Kotor and Tivat.(about 10 minutes by car) The apartment has a spacious terrace, a small balcony and is only 70 meters from the sea. Furthermore, through a bedroom, Bathroom, an open kitchen and a living room that has a pull-out couch. Ideal for two with a dog or for a family up to two children. In front of the house there is a parking space.

The house we stayed in was beautiful, with the advantage of having air conditioning in every room and common area. Reaching the sea was very easy. The balcony was spacious and had an impressive view. Mikhail is a very good host, responding very quickly and resolving any issues immediately.

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.

Overwhelmingly kind host delivering an authentic experience. The decor is mindful, guides prepared thoughtful and expansive - beware there are a few steps, but equally many places to pause along the way to enjoy the view, not forgetting the ice cream or glass of wine by the bay as a reward for your efforts. Perfect for a couple of any ages to retreat to and the easy road access from the top was fantastic for not just another great view, but transportation around the bay that is so worth exploring. Cannot recommend Perast, or Anne, enough.

Everything was very nice, the location is calm, there are tiny beaches to swim, Anna was very helpful with everything. There is another apartment downstairs, but it was very comfortable for us because there was no one there while we were there, in terms of using the garden, etc. You can reach the house by yokus, but it is not a problem. We got up and down comfortably by car in the rainy air. In fact, the high positioning of the house was useful in terms of the view, Kotor Corfu looks very nice.
