very easy to take the airport limousine to arrive, as well as get the bus or subway when traveling around the city. the building was secure and had great amenities, and was just a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the general area where there were loads of restaurants and shops with everything you need.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s connected to the train station floor which made this AIRBNB very accessible, which I found very helpful and accessible considering I was travelling with my mother. The room looks exactly like the photos. It’s a little bit smaller than I expected, but there was enough room to lay out 2 large sized luggage and 2 carry on luggage. You get a wonderful view of the namsan tower, and the city view in direction of Myeong-dong. Wecostay responded quickly to my inquiries. As other reviews have mentioned, I would highly suggest checking in and out of peak times as the wait for the elevators are long. During my stay I decided to leave around 10:30am and waited 8-10 minutes to finally get on it without people inside already. Otherwise, use of elevator is quick outside of those times. It’s a convenient location (10min walk to myeongdong or one station stop) if you want to do some shopping as well ☺️

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Great stay, Terry was a very lovely host!

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made getting around so easy. The host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. The impression of the city largely depends on the house you live in. It is not surprising that Seoul has become another favorite city. Because the house was magnificent. It is located in a very quiet and green area, near the Bukhansan National Park, around several great hiking routes of varying difficulty. At the same time, there is a subway station 5 minutes walk away and in 30 minutes you can be in the city center. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the house. The house itself (you will have the second floor) is well equipped with everything you need. In the yard live 2 cats and 2 turtles, my daughter ran every day to play with them. And the most important thing is the owners of the house, who met us, despite the late hour, were very hospitable and caring. We received a lot of recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, and felt like we were visiting best friends. Seoul remained in the heart thanks to such care, I already want to come back.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this Hanok! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a serene atmosphere with calming music playing softly in the background, and a lovely, inviting scent filling the air. The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with everything in perfect condition. The washer/dryer was a fantastic touch, and it was such a relief to have that convenience during our stay. All of the instructions were clearly labeled in English, making everything incredibly easy to navigate. One of the standout features was the cold water filter by the sink—ideal for those hot days, and perfect for filling up our water bottles. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into the little details to ensure guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. This Hanok offers a truly unique Korean experience that you shouldn’t miss. The neighborhood itself is charming, with easy access to trendy spots like Onion Café and London Bagel Museum

A very cozy,bright and modern Hanok with very good facilities in a quiet location but centrally located near the subway and the bus in front of the door. Everything as pictured and super clean. Pleasant neighborhood with many good restaurants,temples and several hiking trails. You can quickly get to the center by bus to the palaces ,Insadong,... or walk via Naksan Park to the DDP. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. The landlords were very nice and accommodating and always responded right away. I didn't have problems with the water,it was warm and flawless. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely traditional home. Wonderful experience with Vincent and his home. Nice to be able to have the whole family together and enjoy the nice weather in the courtyard together.

Jinsoon is a great host and likes meeting new people, she loves to be proactive and take you out for breakfast or make you a special ‘Jinsoon style’ meal at home, served on the small patio area. She is a keen wine and anything with bubbles enthusiast! The apartment is ‘shabby sheik’ and spacious with an unusual high ceiling. It’s very quiet and private, situated behind other dwellings, up from the road. There are three different regular buses which will take you into Seoul 10mins The bus stop is 1 min walk from the apartment. The area is great to start the City Wall walk 18.5km (lots of steep walkways/stairs) recommend to do over 3 days if you wanted to complete the circuit of Seoul. Would highly recommend going to Sokcho for the National Park, Express bus from Seoul Express bus terminal, journey takes 2.5/3hrs I’d recommend a 3 day stay to walk and hike in the Seoraksan beautiful national park. The apartment is easy to walk from for the many cafes and homely restaurants in the town.

The upper floor is a little cold because there is almost no heating, but it doesn't seem to matter unless it's winter. On the contrary, the bedroom on the 1st floor is extremely hot. It's a nice view, so it's nice to take pictures. There were fewer bugs than a house in the mountains. There are a lot of tableware and it's well organized, so I used it well. I think it's because the landlord usually lives in the space, so it was useful because it was equipped with basic seasonings. Two men who were loitering around had minor skirmishes here and there, but the emergency cabinet was well stocked in the living room, so I used it well. Thank you.

I like to go to various places, so I don't really revisit, but this was a place I wanted to revisit after a long time. I visited with my lover, and it was a very spacious and pleasant space. Next time, I think it would be great to go with my mom, haha, or with friends. First of all, the owner's response was quick, and he was very kind:) The beam projector was also very large and clear, so I felt like watching a movie! And I really liked the rather exotic(?) structure. Since there were two of us, we didn't use the attic, but it had an attic feel. The room, bathroom, and desk were well separated, so I thought I'd like to have a house with this kind of structure next time. Personally, the condition of the Airbnb accommodation I used right before was very poor, so I was shocked, but this time I liked it more than I thought, so it's the opposite situation. Anyway, if you come to Ilsan, I recommend the Cozy Mansion ^^ *

Very wonderful place really enjoyed our stay.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Apartment is clean, good for a small family. Near the main Hongdae area within walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful, even at late hours. Located in an old building so there are no lifts, but the unit is just a short flight of steps up.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. The perfect place for a short or long stay. The metro is very close and there are plenty of shops around. It's very clean and tidy. I loved it!

Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy
