Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dongducheon-si

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

very easy to take the airport limousine to arrive, as well as get the bus or subway when traveling around the city. the building was secure and had great amenities, and was just a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the general area where there were loads of restaurants and shops with everything you need.

The building is old but the room itself looks newly renovated. It’s clean and has everything we needed. It’s right by Gaehwasan subway station which is one station away from Gimpo Airport station. There is also an airport bus station just 3 minutes away which is really convenient. There are restaurants and cafés on the ground floor of the building, as well as convenience stores and a local mart nearby. Jiwon and her husband were really accommodating which is a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again.

Bydlení u pana Soona bylo příjemné. Hostitel je velmi vřelý a aktivně komunikoval. Ubytování je situováno v blízkosti metra č. 1 a dalších autobusových spojů. V blízkosti se nachází úžasné místní restaurace / kavárny či stánky s potravinami. Z okna je nádherný výhled na hlavní křižovatku. Fotky odpovídají realitě. Jedná se o poklidnou čtvrť, ze které je možné v dojezdové vzdálenosti cca 35 min se dostat kamkoliv. Pobyt jsme si velice užili! Vřele doporučujeme! Děkujeme! ✨

Wonderful place to stay! It’s connected to the train station floor which made this AIRBNB very accessible, which I found very helpful and accessible considering I was travelling with my mother. The room looks exactly like the photos. It’s a little bit smaller than I expected, but there was enough room to lay out 2 large sized luggage and 2 carry on luggage. You get a wonderful view of the namsan tower, and the city view in direction of Myeong-dong. Wecostay responded quickly to my inquiries. As other reviews have mentioned, I would highly suggest checking in and out of peak times as the wait for the elevators are long. During my stay I decided to leave around 10:30am and waited 8-10 minutes to finally get on it without people inside already. Otherwise, use of elevator is quick outside of those times. It’s a convenient location (10min walk to myeongdong or one station stop) if you want to do some shopping as well ☺️

숙소는 사진이랑 동일하고 깨끗하게 준비되어 있어 좋았어요. 의정부 시내까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였고 주차도 편리해서 다니기 수월했네요ㅎㅎ 하루 편하게 묵고 갑니다~~ 또 오고 싶어요!

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this Hanok! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a serene atmosphere with calming music playing softly in the background, and a lovely, inviting scent filling the air. The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with everything in perfect condition. The washer/dryer was a fantastic touch, and it was such a relief to have that convenience during our stay. All of the instructions were clearly labeled in English, making everything incredibly easy to navigate. One of the standout features was the cold water filter by the sink—ideal for those hot days, and perfect for filling up our water bottles. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into the little details to ensure guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. This Hanok offers a truly unique Korean experience that you shouldn’t miss. The neighborhood itself is charming, with easy access to trendy spots like Onion Café and London Bagel Museum

The impression of the city largely depends on the house you live in. It is not surprising that Seoul has become another favorite city. Because the house was magnificent. It is located in a very quiet and green area, near the Bukhansan National Park, around several great hiking routes of varying difficulty. At the same time, there is a subway station 5 minutes walk away and in 30 minutes you can be in the city center. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the house. The house itself (you will have the second floor) is well equipped with everything you need. In the yard live 2 cats and 2 turtles, my daughter ran every day to play with them. And the most important thing is the owners of the house, who met us, despite the late hour, were very hospitable and caring. We received a lot of recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, and felt like we were visiting best friends. Seoul remained in the heart thanks to such care, I already want to come back.

Ein sehr gemütliches,helles und modernes Hanok mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral in U-Bahn Nähe und dem Bus vor der Tür. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und super sauber. Angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen guten Restaurants,Tempeln und mehreren Wanderwegen. Man gelangt schnell mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu den Palästen ,Insadong,… oder geht zu Fuß über den Naksan Park zum DDP. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben immer gleich geantwortet. Probleme zB. mit dem Wasser hatte ich nicht,es lief warm und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Très beau logement à proximité immédiate du village pittoresque du très prisé quartier de Bukchon. Les hôtes arrangent un service de transport privé depuis l'aéroport à la demande et vous attendent sur place afin de vous présenter le logement et ses fonctionnalités. Le hanok en lui-même est superbe, conforme aux photos, confortable et moderne. Tout vous permet de vivre une expérience authentique d'habitation traditionnelle. Belles prestations d'ensemble, hôtes communicatifs, aimables et très attentifs au bien-être de leurs invités (suggestions de visites, panier-cadeau surprise, recommandations de restaurants...) et emplacement imbattable pour les visites du fantastique quartier de Bukchon. Côtés attractions vous avez à disposition des cafés et restaurants à foison, des boutiques arty et musées insolites, des monuments magnifiques et le quartier d'Insadong, le tout à quelques minutes à pied. Laissez-vous tenter: ça vaut totalement le coup!

윗층은 난방이 거의 들어오지 않아서 조금 춥지만 겨울만 아니면 상관 없을 듯 합니다 반대로 1층 안방은 엄청 뜨거워요 ㅎㅎ 경치가 좋아서 사진찍기 좋아요 산에 있는 집 치고는 벌레가 적은 편이었어요 식기류가 많고 잘 정리되어있어서 잘 쓰고 갑니다 집주인 분이 평소엔 거주를 하시는 공간이라 그런지 기본 양념같은 것도 다 구비되어있어서 유용하게 썼어요 덜렁대는 남자 둘이 여기저기 작게 생채기가 났었는데, 거실에 응급함이 잘 비치되어있어서 그또한 유용하게 썼습니다 감사합니다

제가 숙소를 여기저기 다양하게 가보는 걸 좋아해서 사실 재방문은 잘 안 하는 편인데, 이곳은 정말 오랜만에 재방문하고 싶다는 생각이 드는 곳이었어요. 연인이랑 두 명이서 방문했는데 무척 넓고, 쾌적한 공간이었습니다. 다음에는 어머니들 모시고ㅎㅎ 혹은 친구들이랑 가봐도 너무 좋을 것 같아요~ 우선 사장님 응답도 빠르시구, 넘넘 친절하셨습니다 :) 빔프로젝터도 아주 크고 선명하게 나와서 영화 보는 맛이 나더라구요! 그리고 제법 이색적인(?) 구조가 참 마음에 들었는데요. 두 명이다 보니 다락방까지 이용을 하지는 않았지만 다락방 감성도 있고~ 방이랑 화장실, 데스크 등 공간이 잘 분리되어 있어서 저도 다음에 이런 구조로 집을 마련하고 싶다는 생각이 들었거든요. 개인적으로 바로 직전에 이용했던 에어비앤비 숙소의 상태가 무척 안 좋았어서ㅜㅜ 충격 받았었는데,, 이번에는 생각했던 것보다 오히려 더 마음에 들어서 반대의 상황이네요 ㅠㅎㅎ 아무튼 여러분, 일산 오신다면 아늑맨션 추천 드려요 ^^*

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hanok-Haus war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung und bleibt uns in bester Erinnerung. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet – traditioneller Charme trifft hier auf modernen Komfort. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre, die durch die stilvolle Einrichtung und die harmonische Gestaltung entsteht. Besonders angenehm war, dass es an nichts gefehlt hat: Klimaanlagen und praktische Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Reiskocher waren vorhanden. Massagesessel auch. Alles sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die fast zwei Wochen, die wir hier verbringen durften, waren geprägt von Ruhe, Entschleunigung und einem Gefühl von Zuhause. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Blick fürs Detail gearbeitet wurde. Wer ein authentisches, aber zugleich komfortables Erlebnis in einem Hanok sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

친구들 6명이 모여서 아주 편하게 지내다갑니다. 체크인 전 짐보관도 편했고 답변도 빠르게 해주셨어요. 주변에 주차가 어려운점만 빼면 서울역과 가깝고. 주변에 식당도 많아서 매우 편하네요. 잘묵고 갑니다!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Apartment is clean, good for a small family. Near the main Hongdae area within walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful, even at late hours. Located in an old building so there are no lifts, but the unit is just a short flight of steps up.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. El lugar perfecto para una estancia corta o larga. El metro está muy cerca y hay muchas tiendas alrededor. Está muy limpio y ordenado. Me encantó!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy
