Welcome to our peaceful retreat, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable stay. This home combines stone charm, modernity, and convenience. A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

New one-story house in a quiet and bucolic residential village with outdoor space and private garage out of sight. Beach 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Biking trails nearby. Less than 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car: ILEO aquatic center, Intermarché, town center. Native to the island, we can advise you on your outings and activities. PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Enjoy with family or friends this charming house of about 100 m2 recently built and composed of a large living room, living room and kitchen. Located less than a kilometer from the beach on one side and less than a kilometer from the supermarkets on the other. It is also close to the forest. The garden of about 900 m2 is composed of a swimming pool, a large terrace and a petanque court, all facing south to enjoy the sun all day long.

A spacious double bed is adorned with a light turquoise duvet and two neatly placed pillows. Two complementary nightstands are positioned on either side, each holding a small decorative item.
