Exchanges with Saida have always been pleasant. The accommodation was clean, spacious and very quiet. Finally, it is ideally located: close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. We highly recommend it.

Very nice little stay despite the bad weather in this very nice apartment ideally located. Everything is available so you can feel at home. Very clean rental, independent check-in and check-out thanks to the key box which leaves more freedom but prevents any meeting with the owners who remain available if needed. Parking at the bottom of the rental, nearby shops, colorful cabins housing atypical artists right next door, walk around the citadel and various and varied restaurants all around. In short, everything is there for a great stay and if the sun is present it is the ideal rental.

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. Central and practical, this apartment suited our needs perfectly during our stay in La Rochelle. Quality double glazing means you won't be disturbed by the passage of people (only pedestrians) in the street. Access to the center and the port is just a few steps away.

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Great ice cream shop and fantastic bakery bus stop right outside which took you straight into LaRochelle old port in 20 minutes. Car parking within walking distance.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Great apartment!!! Great location and the terrace is well oriented, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, the bedding is COMFORTABLE. The outdoor space is good with the furniture that goes well!!! and next to the pool. Access to the sea is close to the apartment! We recommend and will be back!!

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.
