Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

I really love this place, of course that I comeback, this is the best place for go away of the city, the quiet place and peacefully, my wife are in love, was a really good vacation.

Patty and the management office were very communicative, responsive and helpful when I had to communicate. Location was great and quiet! The long uphill winding driveway was as expected. We saw deer roam our property each day, very serene! Overall, the property was clean. The kitchen had a section of lady bugs that found their way in, but they didn't bother us at all and there was a write-up about them being present. One bathroom upstairs was mostly clean, however there were leftover hairs found in the sink and shower/tub (property from the cleaning towels or clothes), but we were able to wash them away just fine before 1st use. Plenty of space indoors for three generations of adults to enjoy for the Indiana/Michigan football game weekend! Beds were very comfortable and shower pressure was decent. Overall, we'd stay at Hoosier's Nest again!

I would recommend Laurie’s property for the following reasons: **Clean and comfortable: Her home was spotless and had a high-end feel to it. **Location: Her home was close to IU. However, it felt like an oasis with it being located in a quality neighborhood with large lots and wooded areas between homes. **Communication: Laurie was always responsive and made checking in and out very easy. **Amenities: Laurie provided everything and more during my stay. Besides several coffees from which to choose, she even had fresh milk and yogurt in the refrigerator for breakfast if needed. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it at every level.

Tall trees dominate the view, their trunks rising toward the sky, surrounded by a rich tapestry of green leaves. Sunlight filters through the canopy, creating a serene ambiance. The ground is soft with fallen leaves, inviting exploration of the natural surroundings.

Jonah’s place was great! We had the most relaxing time. The house is exactly as advertised, if not better. It’s beautiful and peaceful. It was very easy to baby-proof for our 18 month old. It was so easy to get into both Bloomington and Indianapolis for various activities we had planned. It was also fun to just hang out at the house. The steam shower was amazing. The laundry machines were helpful to have, especially with a toddler, and there was detergent and fabric softener available. There were plenty of towels, as well as extra blankets, which was nice as it was unseasonably chilly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again.

This home was absolutely stunning. I knew it would be beautiful from the pictures but it was even more incredible in person. Unbelievable quality and thoughtful, homey details throughout the entire space. Very spacious and comfortable. Could have easily stayed there a week! The owners were wonderful, from checking in with me as soon as I checked in to quick communications throughout and even a homemade lemon cake upon arrival! For those visiting Indiana University, it’s an easy 10 minute drive. I’ve been using Airbnb for years and have stayed all over the United States, Paris, London, Costa Rica, etc. - and this is hands down one of my favorites. I plan to stay there again. 10/10 on all levels!
